They've wasted my time twice already
They didn't accept my Maltipoo, he had just turned four months old yesterday.
Dr. Me told me that he did not ask to give him the rabies vaccine yet because he was very young.
They have already accepted it before and one day after it was 4 months old they didn't want to accept it? Alright
My annoyance is greater because they called me to advance the appointment time and when I arrive they tell me that they cannot accept it? Really
Why couldn't you ask me if I had the vaccine yet when you picked up the phone to reschedule the appointment?
By bringing the appointment forward and with the attitude they had, they clearly wanted to go home early, they didn't feel like working.

Not a bad place to go for your pet supplies sometimes hard to get assistance if needed and that all staff walking around is informed on everything in the store the prices are fair in staff is always friendly

Very friendly staff. I asked for help and even though the woman was on a ladder in the middle of doing something she stopped what she was doing and helped me. I told her I could wait a bit, but she came right away.

We got a fish it was being kept in a small plastic container. Some of them looked quite gnarly. I think they need to remember somewhat that while they are a business, these are living creatures

The groomers take great care of my 20 yr old pooch . They are so caring and take the extra time needed to get everythingdonethat i asked. I really appreciate them.
