Jill makes sure all of our prescription needs are met and goes beyond to solve any issues we may have getting our scripts filled and refilled.Would never go back to a chain pharmacy again.”
“Azita always greets me by name and I would not choose any other pharmacy. The staff is always courteous and helpful, I only fill my prescriptions locally and now that RiteAid has closed, the volume at this location has slowed wait times but still VERY worthwhile. I do not want mail order as the products may not have been temp controlled, so opted only for my Tops Pharmacy. Even tho my insurance carrier charges more for each refill. I have come here for many years and always been treated with respect by EVERY individual who waited on me. It has been very challenging for the staff with the recent influx of new customers, and yet they do their very best. My compliments!!”
“I am so thankful for Amber who helped me out. I was trying to get my elderly father's glasses fixed and I stopped first at Vision Works and they were incredibly rude and wouldn't help me. Amber at Walmart fixed my dad's glasses in 5 minutes. I was (and still am) so appreciative of her.”

They're also good about getting your script together quickly while you shop.”

“I love this walgreens. I love all the workers, they are always friendly and helpful. I get multiple prescriptions here and yes, with rite aid closing they had longer wait times but overall they got the job done. I never had to wait longer then a few hours for a refill. People need to be patient and understanding. They just got slammed a huge workload with no change in pay or payroll hours. Photo department always has my stuff done fast too. I would go to far as to say this is one of my favorite places to go in Lockport! Lol”
