Jill makes sure all of our prescription needs are met and goes beyond to solve any issues we may have getting our scripts filled and refilled.Would never go back to a chain pharmacy again.”
“Azita always greets me by name and I would not choose any other pharmacy. The staff is always courteous and helpful, I only fill my prescriptions locally and now that RiteAid has closed, the volume at this location has slowed wait times but still VERY worthwhile. I do not want mail order as the products may not have been temp controlled, so opted only for my Tops Pharmacy. Even tho my insurance carrier charges more for each refill. I have come here for many years and always been treated with respect by EVERY individual who waited on me. It has been very challenging for the staff with the recent influx of new customers, and yet they do their very best. My compliments!!”
“I popped into Lockport to help a family member with a surgery recovery. We needed lots of stuff to help them at home. I first ordered a hospital bed rental. What a deal! Only 120 a month - or 4 dollars a day! Now my loved one could get restorative sleep and start to heal. I then got bed pads, a walker, and plastic bags for portable toilets. The people were so helpful and kind there. They delivered and set up the bed the very next day. I highly recommend this unassuming business. I am thankful there is a store you can enter to get the help you need when you need it.”
“I am so thankful for Amber who helped me out. I was trying to get my elderly father's glasses fixed and I stopped first at Vision Works and they were incredibly rude and wouldn't help me. Amber at Walmart fixed my dad's glasses in 5 minutes. I was (and still am) so appreciative of her.”
