Place was an absolute rip off.. put money in the wash only to find that the spray gun had been broken and dumped water every where.. went to call the number and says you have to email them.. won't even talk to people anymore..

I paid to have a car wash. As I was pulling through the bay the door and the other side opened, and there was an old gentleman standing there, waving me forward. I drove forward as he waved me on, not really understanding why. As I exited the bay, I rolled down my window and before I could get a word out the older gentleman started screaming at me. he said “don’t you understand when someone’s waving you on to come out? Don’t you understand that? I wanted you out of there. You need to listen when someone tells you something!”An accident just occurred in here. Pull over to the side and I’ll be back. He literally shouted at me like I was a child. I couldn’t even get a word in before he stormed away. I literally did what he asked but apparently not fast enough. I waited for a minute and then I drove away as I was shaken by the tone and aggressiveness in the way he talked to me. I will never go back again, and I will be spreading the word not to go there to all my family and friends. This is just unacceptable.

I purchased the most expensive wash in the right automatic bay which is the $8 deluxe wash. It’s reasonably priced, however the car didn’t even look like it had gone through a car wash when I was done. I was trying to surprise my daughter by taking her car to get washed and It was not only a complete waste of money, I now have to spend more money somewhere else to get it washed again. There was bird poop still on the car and the entire passenger side looked untouched.

Not very good.
The full service wash didn't even remove bird poop
The equipment didn't look as if it's been maintained in a very long time.
I was very disappointed.

I have been using this power wash since I got my first car in 1996. I have not once had an issue there, and the prices today are almost the same as they were back then. Very inexpensive and you get your car clean. Highly recommend.

I must be insane.i mean the definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This place is disgusting but i keep going back thinking it will change. Went today, after an awful experience with my truck, to wash my wife’s car. Obviously chose one of the two bad stalls there. No soap brush working, no soap wash working, no rinse or wax. Clearly froze up and wasted 4$ in quarters. But at least I didn’t have to smell the sewer like water this time. This place should be condemned. It’s a gamble every time. But great location. Well that’s no longer enough now. Never again. I’d buy it and fix it up and show Lockport how nice it could be but owner doesn’t want to sell, just milk it until it’s dead

Don't go here went to the automatic one put in my 8 bucks door never opened needed a wash so I went to the other one and it didn't clear half the salt and dirt off my truck iv tried calling the number for a week with no answer place is a ripoff
