This place is awful. I’ve been going here for 10 years for my prescriptions. But the last year has been TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone. My doctor will send a prescription over that won’t get filled for DAYS. Until after my medication has ran out and I have to go without for 4-5 days. Which for me, is very painful. I will be switching from rite aid entirely.

My family constantly has issues with the pharmacy. They will not notify you of a prescription being ready or u can have it mailed to your home and they never mail it. You also have to call multiple times before someone answers the phone. Parking lot will destroy your car. It’s a minefield of potholes with no safe area to drive.

I switched over from Wright's corners (Rite Aid) they are wonderful/. Came over to Lincoln we live closer to there now. The pharmacy- nothing but problems from the first time I refilled my medicine, Also the staff is very unfriendly. I'm really in disbelief how the pharmacy is over there compared to my old rite aid. I'll be going back to the other one even if I have to drive further. You guys are going to be the next to close up soon. The way that everything is running over there. Very unhappy again (pharmacy department ) and how you operate over there. And the potholes, I'm very embarrassed for the whole operation over there. I will be calling the 1-800 number to complain further about this.

Shelves have not been stocked very well lately! Use extreme caution in the parking lot there are very deep pot holes almost like moon craters would hate to see someone get hurt and/or damage their vehicle!

I have had it with this pharmacy! Nobody ever answers the phone and the drive thru is never open. You are forced to go inside and wait in a ridiculously long line to get your prescription.
The staff is dressed in jeans and tshirts or sweatshirts. What happened to dressing appropriately for work? I am so disappointed in this place. I have been going there for years and can’t believe how it has gone downhill.

No ever answers the god damn phone. They also refuse to call you to tell you your prescription is ready for pick up. Which means you have to call and wait in the auto record loop endlessly until you lose your mind and go in store. At which point they claim to know nothing about your prescription. They wear sweatpants in the back and are unprofessional in every possible category. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Clearly the reviews all say the same thing and despite responses there is no improvement whatsoever. They should close down this location.

I cannot believe a location this unprofessional is still open at all. They will not call you to tell you your prescription is ready and if you try to call to find out you will be in an endless loop for 30 minutes and rage quit to go to the store. Then they will claim they know nothing about your prescription or that they're still working on it. They all wear sweatpants and baggy old zip up hoodies in the back. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. The reviews are all the same over the past 3 years and despite responses nothing has changed. They should honestly close down this pharmacy.

-January 24th 2024-purchased a Vicks sinus spray, entered my rewards number and they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no to support paperless- got home and the glass bottle shattered when I took it out of the package-January 26th 2024, went back to store to exchange for the exact same product and they made me pay a $4 difference since I didn’t have a receipt! I told them to check my member history or card transaction and they said they couldn’t do that.-yes it’s only $4 but it’s the principle of the matter, why bother asking if I want a receipt after collection my member info if there are no controls to tie to history, this is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business, lack of common sense, lack of customer service and lack of value add.

If you need a prescription or anything in a timely manner you mine as well start heading to the hospital because this place will not only ignore there pharmacy phone calls but when you go in to order a prescription because they didn’t answer there phone for two hrs straight there will be 5+ ppl laughing and having a great time doing nothing. Literally two hrs of calling the pharmacy just to go in and find them all doing nothing, also expect the super helpful blonde lady to give you dirty looks when you complain about there incompetence.

I guess the policy is that they have ice delivered only every 2 weeks. This is disappointing.. and inconvenient.

Pharmacy staff and service great but parking lot a mess with several large dangerous pot holes!!
