Convenient location for Amazon pickups. Automated package boxes sync seamlessly to your Amazon account when you’re in the vicinity of the box, the door pops open, you pick up your packages, close the door, and you’re on your way.
Largest box was about 8inches tall &12-15 wide, I think.
Rite Aid staff were helpful as well.

The pharmacy staff provides me with everything I need to care for my elderly, disabled mother. I really appreciate the level of service and professionalism. I adore the app and can schedule a visit to the store easily. And…manage my meds, along with my Mom’s. Very clean, well organized store.

Very nice store. The Pharmacy staff is always wonderful. With the exception of one very rude woman associate, the store staff is fantastic.

Thank you Katie, you saved the day!! Who does that? It's not a coffee but medicine wow!! Thank you!! Your generosity and kindness made the difference in a really bad couple of weeks!! I'm forever grateful for making sure my husband had his life saving medicine. Thank you again for your compassion and generosity!! Not sure how his med jumped from $10 to $118 but we are forever grateful!!

Never seen a place with 10 people behind a window and be able to find a script that was sent over electronic while I was in the dentist chair. Because the dentist knew how bad this location is. I don't remember it being that bad. This is on the pharmacist/management. Can't wait till the local one across the street opens. What a joke. Potential bad infection in a tooth and these jack offs can't count out 10 easy pills?

Short Staffed and rude. Takes forever to get your medication. Do yourself a favor pull your scripts and go to Walgreens, Walmart, or Tops Pharmacy! I went 7 days without medication every time to go in to be told to come back another time for my script. I went online on a Thursday set my script for 48 hours. Just to give them time to fill it. The automated system told me 2 PM I went in at 2 PM 48 hours later to pick up the script. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I said Hi I'm here to pick up my script for 2 PM and she said did a person tell you that or did the automated system ?I said the automated system and she goes well our automated system doesn't know we are10 days behind and I said well you should set reasonable expectations for your customers and if your automated system is wrong you shouldn't allow it to tell them 2 PM. She then told me come back at 530 pm. for the next 3 days it was come back at 530 pm. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I called my doc and had them moved to Walgreens on transit. They were done the same day.

Same theme as everyone else. Rite Aid the "Company" is not addressing the possibly harming, and rediculous wait times for prescriptions at the Lockport Olcott Road facility. The staff is strecthed too thin.I can't believe it is easy for the staff to have to admit to customers that this store is more than 10 days behind on filling scripts.Wake up Rite Aid. A new Pharmacy is moving into the area. I expect they will get many of your current customers once they open. This due to the poor managment of the Lockport Olcott site.

I waited last night in line in the drive-through for 15 minutes. I waited by the window for 10 only to be told that I needed to pull out and swing around so he could serve the other people. Told me he would not fill my script until I went around the building and got at the end of the line. Problem is? I called in my script almost a week ago to be picked up that day. They weren't even filled yet. I left angry and empty handed. I will be going back for my scripts today and next time they need to be filled we will be going elsewhere. This is been going on for months. Extremely bad service.unbelievable

If you let your phone ring for the pharmacy department. Press 3 the first time. And 0 then 1 continuously until they pick up. Sometimes they'll disconnect the call. Just repeat actions until someone answer's. May take about 15 minutes. They will pick up with attitude. Don't mind them. They're understaffed badly. Just be positive. It's not the employees fault that they're working in understaffed conditions.

This place has horrible customer service and they are as slow as it gets. You can tell that nobody enjoys working there. It's hard to build a strong culture when everybody is there for a paycheck. I waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes for them to tell me they haven't started my child’s medication yet and they need another 30 minutes. They take advantage of the fact that they're the only show in town. As soon as another option opens up, I'm gone.
