Poor service when I ask for an item that I was told they had on the phone
The 1st gentleman was not nice and insulting
The second one came out and said yes we have them hold on
He couldn’t find them so I found them on an end aisle WOW mainly price big deterrent

Runnings went down hill. The women’s bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper in 3 of the 5 stalls. The bathrooms were so disgusting. You can tell nobody sweeps or even wipes anything down. I told an employee about the toilet paper. She said “I’m not surprised”. The place just seems dead like nobody wants to be there. I went to pick up an online order. Asked where to go for that. The employee said “for what”. Told her the item. She just looked at me like she was annoyed she had to get up and grab my order. There is a sign on the wall for customer service. But it looks like that’s where they keep the carts now. It’s been a while since I’ve been there but never again. The place needs to be under new management or something.
