I bought a pair of electric candles and one was defective. When I went to return it they said it wasn’t within 7 days. 7 days!!?? At Christmas time are you joking?? I don’t live close. It was 14 days, no store, credit no refund, nothing! Do not shop there. Overpriced!!

I used to love these stores. I shopped at multiple locations frquently. My husband was stationed in Arkansas for the military and about a year ago I ordered $120 worth of Fall/Halloween decor. The order never came. I opened a claim with UPS and they said that Tattered Tulip needed to update information on their end in order for me to be reimbursed. I have over 15 emails and messages going back and forth with Tattered Tulip where someone tells me "We'll get back to you" and no one ever does. I have also talked to the owner who was very lackadaisical while eating during the conversation acting like she was going to take care of it finally, she said she would get back to me and have it straightened out and never did. My mom went in several times to also talk to someone on my behalf and was told that they would take care of it. Until, the last time they told her that there was nothing they would do.Don't ever order from them online. If they aren't prepared to help people who dont get their orders they shouldn't try to sell things online, period. And their customer service is horrendous.And FYI East Aurora also has stores that carry many of the same products and lines in case you're looking for other options!

The staff is very snobby. I had to return something and was treated like I was invisible. Everything in there us over priced.

Very nice store. All the home decor is beautiful. The seasonal items are super cute. Not overly expensive either. I want to go back to see what they have for Christmas.

Terrible customer care. Purchased items that were cracked when I tried to return them….they first insinuated they would not have sold them like that!!?!! Like I would waste my 45 min drive to bring something back that I broke??!! And then refused to return or exchange the items. So big box stores it is, home goods and target prices are better and their customer service excels in comparison! So it wasn’t even the employee either she called the owner who said NO.

I really wanted to love this store, I like the products and there is such a good selection, the customer service is lacking. As soon as I walked in we were greeted but the woman running the register seemed so bothered and so annoyed to be there . If you shop at a store like this you want to feel that warm and fuzzy feeling especially for a local owned business. I’m disappointed and probably will not be returning.

While I love your stores, I'm sorry I won't be shopping there anymore. Sadly your return policy has turned me away. You should inform each customer of your policy as they're checking out. The policy negates buying gifts for the holidays. What a shame!

New location in Wurlitzer complex on Niagara Falls Blvd North Tonawanda between Platters and woodcock Brewery. It's a beautiful home store with lots of wood and neutral colored decor as well as many seasonal items .

You’d think that being a more expensive store that the return/exchange policy would be fair. Only 7 days. After that NO returns or exchanges. Like, what?! Not even an exchange? That’s such a poor business model and the owner should be embarrassed and ashamed. I came in recently to return an item that I purchased two weeks ago (which I bought for someone as a gift but realized it wasn’t what I thought it was when I brought it home) and was told that the owner said I was absolutely not allowed to return it or even exchange for something else. I’m a mom of two young kids, full time worker and everyone in my house has been sick for over a week. That was the first time I had been able to go anywhere. And the thanks I get for being a customer is a big fat NO? The owner should realize that happy customers = more business. Well, she lost my business.
