After renting a Jeep last year while having my car repaired I knew that would be my next vehicle. I took a few days off of work to find one and within a few hours I saw this online at The Auto Store. They were the best! They handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. I declined the test drive because I had been up for about 18 hours having just got out of work that morning and he didn't push the issue. I looked it over and put some money down to hold it until the next day. I went back the following day and test drove it. I was extremely happy with the Jeep so Tom came out and looked at my trade and agreed to give me what I asked. I had financing in place but waited one more day to see if I would have second thoughts before I bought it. I was never pressured into doing anything faster than I wanted to. I called back on day 3 and set up a time to come in and swap vehicles. Everything was ready when I got there and while I signed the well explained paperwork, someone else was swapping the tags from my trade in to the Jeep. 3 months later I can say it is without a doubt it's the best used vehicle and the best purchase experience I have ever had, and I am almost 60. I did upgrade the headlights, install a backup camera, and replace the door hinges with stainless steel as stock Jeep hinges tend to rust. This was because I wanted to, not because I needed to. I hope to have this Jeep for many years to come but if I do upgrade down the road I will go back. Thank you Tom and Jake for one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Give these guys a chance, it's worth it!

Ive bought a few cars from John at the Auto Store. My in-laws bought a Corvette from John as well. When the Vette wasnt running right, John didnt ask any questions. He asked my in-laws if they wanted their money back. They returned the car for a full refund. It was easy and fair. The measure of company is how they handle their customers when there is a problem. I have always found John to be very fair.
I highly recommend the Auto Store.

Bought a jeep here a few months ago. Initially had issues with it but the dealership worked with me to fix all problems. Jeep has been running great since. Will shop here again!

I’ve read some of the negative reviews on this page for this dealership and I can’t believe how petty people are. THIS IS A USED CAR LOT!!! Key word USED!!! If you want a brand new car shop at a Brand New Dealer Lot!! I dealt with Tom when I went there…. I pulled in with a Brand New Charger and needed a USED winter vehicle!! Not a BRAND NEW winter vehicle!!! I could have went to the New Dealership and purchased something Newer…. Used cars have their things they need fixed I don’t understand people wanting something new and go used…. Rant over…. Either way Tom greeted me outside with a smile and a good handshake. I took 2 Jeeps for a test drive… I liked the 2 door…. I was comfortable with the price…. And Tom Re assured me that truck was in Excellent Condition…. (Almost 10 years old) I like to take other peoples word for what it is… told me if I had any issues let him know…. Agreed to the price… next day I came in gave them some cash, drove away…. Long story short I noticed that the truck needed some suspension work that could not have been foreseen prior to purchase…. I called Tom, he answered, sent him a video, he called back did not avoid me…. Connected me with Joe from the mechanic side of the Auto Store…. Joe called back maybe 15 minutes after and they corrected the issue without any hesitation…. I don’t see these same people I’m dealing with do to other people what is being said…. Didn’t take more than 2 days and here I am 2 days later driving my Jeep and the cost was $0!!!!! Thanks Tom and thanks Joe for all you do. Keep up the good work!!!! Who knows I may need another used car…. Thanks a million… Don’t be shy… go talk to Tom for your used car needs…. And go talk to Joe for all your car repair needs!!!! WAIT DONT FORGET ABOUT JAKE!!!!! He walks you through the signing process … answering all questions…. Nice and slow… so if you leave there confused look in the mirror and blame that person….

Was going to purchase a vehicle from here from Georgia but after these reviews, it shows the poor quality of this dealer.

Sandy R: could you make it anymore obvious that you were either paid by, or are related to someone at the dealership with your review!!I messaged them through the text option on their website. The very first thing I get is a credit application!!! I explained that my credit might show a car loan and one small thing in collections that have both been paid off, and that I could provide proof of that. I asked if those two things still being on my report would affect anything (if so I’d wait for them to drop off). Also asked if they wanted proof of my $70,000 annual salary which can help the cause of the two things are still on my report. Only response was for me to fill out the application. It didn’t ask any information that other finance applications did so I filled it out thinking it was for them to get my info showing I was serious. I then got a notification the my credit score dropped 6pts from them. Then I get a text of what banks they would use. So you put an inquiry and dropped my score 6pts before you send my info to any banks? I’ve never seen that before! I was looking to buy a truck they’ve had on their website for months, so I guess it can continue to sit there

I could also send over proof of my $70,000 annual salary. Was then told to fill out the application. Wasn't asked for any of the proof. They then pulled my credit just to see what banks they would send my info to! I got a notification that my score dropped 6pts before they responded about what banks they could use. So you put an inquiry and dropped my score 6pts right before you planned on sending my info to a bank?

***GIVE A READ BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE****** A college student 14k in debt AFTER owning jeep for 5 months****** Refuse to help because of "Lemon Law". No Good Will***A couple months ago, I approached Tom and informed him that I was in need of a vehicle, preferably a jeep or truck. I explained I was a college student, my car was just stolen and I needed something that was reliable and fits my needs! There was a Jeep that had everything I was looking for. I asked as many questions as I could about this vehicle. Tom informed me that this Jeep was excellent, everything was tested, reliable and that "We stand by our vehicles and if something goes wrong, we do what’s right to take care of the customer". And that there was nothing to worry about on the mileage (114,000k) because it was in excellent condition.I purchased the Jeep happily and feeling confident. The engine light came on 2 days after purchasing and he said it was nothing to worry about. Long story short, it’s been 5 months and the engine need to be replaced. Every mechanic and dealership I brought the jeep too said that there was no way the seller didn't know something was wrong. Upon inspection, things were rigged up within the engine.I'm now a college student in Nursing school who is in 14k debt on a vehicle that I can’t even drive. Have no money to fix or replace this engine. I called him for help and he kept trying to throw me off and put the problem onto the mechanic. Tom also said he would not help pay anything. The most he said he could do is inspect my jeep and fix it, but would charge me the full amount and would be 3 months out! remind you, winter is coming in 2 weeks. They do not care about their customers. They dont know what good will is.Don't recommend to anyone.

Great experience!! My deal needed a little extra work and finesse and they went above and beyond what any other dealer would do. Tom, John, and Jake were kind, understanding, and professional every step of the way! Highly recommend The Auto Store!
