Sat for an hour to shop waiting for a mart cart (electric) not enough!!! Another lady was waiting as well and a 3rd person i overheard was stuck in aisle with a dead cart. Get more and get them charged. Spending our money in your store we shouldnt be waiting to help your business.

The store itself is OK. It just takes forever and a day to get through the line. If you have a little more than requested for the faster line. Then you’re stuck in these other lines with the semi older people in the slow baggers and slow scanners. I advise you to go to another Tops.

This place has gone downhill since corporate took over. Can’t get any good Italian bread here anymore. The only stuff they sell now is what they make in the store. How’s this look for a 15oz loaf of store made Italian bread?
Update: I thought they coudn’t get any worse. I was wrong. I was in there today and it was busy. Only ONE checkout was open and when I got in line (third) the girl told me, “sorry, I’m closing after the person in front of you”. There was actually not one other checkout open except for one Express Checkout. I pulled my cart off to the side and walked over to the kiosk where a young man was standing and told him there were no checkouts open. He looked up and down the line and said, “you can do self checkout”. I told him I wasn’t an employee of Tops and they didn’t give discounts for doing the checkout persons work. I told him where my cart was, and let him know that it was full. I then left the store. I think they’re trying to see if they can get everyone to do self checkout so they don’t have to pay employees to do it. After forty years of shopping at Tops I’m all done. Guess I’ll try Wegmans.

Use to be a nice store, they use to carry a nice variety of items you couldn't get other places and they used to be really customer friendly and helpful. Now it's just like any other corporate store, limited variety and not customer service oriented at all.

You changed my self checkout machines to 20 items or less. It makes doing instacart much more difficult. That's my only complaint but its very stressful to me.

I was in a hurry and couldn't find something and one of the corporate guys was very nice and showed me. Also, I went to cash out and the app. It wasn't working right to get to my bonus card. Giana and Jeff were very helpful. They were very understanding and respectful. Great people!

Be careful what you are buying and what you are eating. I thought that maybe it was my tooth, but no, it wasn't. I have no idea what they add to those organic macaroon, but definitely it was not eatable and not good for your health!

What a shopping pleasure, the store was so clean and the employees were so friendly that it was truly the best experience ever. I had to ask the lady behind the counter at the seafood section a question and she was very pleasant. And my cashier Natalee was very friendly, greeting me at the beginning and end of my transaction.

Sharon Bucolo( take out) I'm going to pray for you! The demeanor and attitude you had this morning over a breakfast pizza was ridiculous....if you weren't ready to come to work with respect to paying customers, maybe you should've called in...yes! The neck rolling and eye rolling with the tone of your voice was too much! Tops invest in better with some of your employees...this one made you look bad.

I want to thank the young man up front that let me charge my dead phone with his charger while I was waiting on AAA for 2 hours to help with my vehicle. Not his job, not his responsibility and went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Thanks again!

Somebody forgot to tell TOPS corporate we are Tim Hortons country here. Store looks nice though you will get your step count up looking for items but at least we could have got Tim Hortons for the longer walks. Watery Starbucks, really?? Bring back Tim Hortons!!!!!
