To give one star is generous. The people here are always miserable and act like they’re doing you a favor. The line to pick up is always 10 people deep, too. Do yourself a favor and switch to Amazon Pharmacy if you don’t want to wait a week for a script from this poor excuse for a pharmacy.

WORST pharmacy LITERALLY EVER!! ZERO STARS WOULD BE AN OVER STATEMENT!! I was told at 620pm next time if my dr sent a script so late I'd have to wait until next day even though my script was due right then and there!? NO ONE ELSE WAITING, AND SHE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSING... GOOGLE SAYS OPEN UNTIL 8??? WHAT!???? Worst customer service EVER!!! I was made to feel like I'm impsossing on the pharmacist every time I go to fill a script. This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! ? I will NEVER return. Tops your customer service is usually impecable.... you dropped the ball here!! Goodbye from a longtime customer!!

Went to tops today for something for my tea, decided on a ham salad there was only 3 to chose from, so I decided on one. Got home and opened my salad put it on a plate, WOW tons of lettuce cucumber, cheese and tomatoes but only four pieces of ham, I actually weighed it 9 grams total, I won't be buying one of those again, here's a novel idea cut down on the green stuff and cheese and put a bit more ham in the container.

Last year, I was shopping for bananas the Tops Maple and Transit location. After I inserted my phone into the front pocket of my shorts, the mobile phone fell to the floor. As I was about to pick up the phone I noticed a working heading in the path where the phone fell a few feet away. The worker, wearing black shirt with a red collar, was dangerously close, so instead instead of reaching down to pick up my phone I told the worker "I dropped my phone" and "watch out." Oblivious to my commands, the worker ran over my phone with the cart, causing two of the four wheels of the cart to knock the flimsy cover of the phone and and cause damage to the screen and stylus. Judging by the colors of the employee's shirt I was certain it was a Tops employee who had damaged my phone. I called Tops customer service explain what had happened but they insisted that they reviewed video of the incident and insisted that it was not a Tops Employee they view in the incident, but a Coca Cola vender and they were not responsible. I had no idea how it would be possible that representative of Cola Cola would be pushing a cart carrying produce into the produce department. She along with other representatives told that a representative of Coca Cola's insurance provider would be in touch with me and warned that I could that I could be responsible for committing fraud. When I got in touch with Coca Cola's insurance representative I was stunned how unprofessional she was. I assumed she had access to the very same video the Tops employees had allegedly viewed and insisted she view it. "Check the video," I said. She then replied "yeah, I'll check the video," with a hint of sarcasm. I said it may not have been a Coca Cola employee because the person maneuvering the cart was wearing a shirt like most Tops employees commonly wear. I then asked what she saw in the video. After asking. She then revealed to me that there was no video and the call ended abruptly thereafter. Following the call, I continued to call Tops' costumer service to inform them what happened , insisting it was Tops and not the Coca Cola Company that was responsible for the damage of my mobile phone. To this day, I was compesated by Tops with not even a ten-doller gift certificate. It's really a shame how petty Tops has become.

I cannot say enough about how well my husband and I were treated when we went to this Tops Pharmacy (S Transit in Lockport) for our COVID-19 vaccines. They were kind, efficient, calm and reassuring. When the shipment for our second shot did not come in, they kept in close contact with us. They got us our second shot on time. You are fortunate to have such a great team there! Keep up the good work!

It works when you are away from your local one and need to get a script from a closer one.

Obviously this is NOT a restaurant but rather a groceries store. They have a prepared food section for take out like whole roasted chickens etc. I opted for a quick lunch and grabbed a package of ham wraps. It was convenient but tasted like something you'd grab off a small Interstate truck stop in Oklahoma. Price was on the high side for what it was.

Dont have items in stock even though they are in the ad. Then some rude cashier refused to give me a rain check. Listen, as long as you put a ad in my mailbox you will honor the ad. Period. Dont need some rude little girl chewing gum in my face telling me they wont honor their ad.

They sell pants, they sell socks, they even sell underwear. BUT THEY DON'T SELL TOPS. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING. It's not the best Tops by any stretch of the imagination (although is there such a thing?) but they did have a microwave on offer (not for sale, but for cafe use), so I was able to warm up what I wanted to warm up. As for shopping the fruit stuff is okay and their prices were typical. Found most of the things I needed. All in all it's not one of my favorite locations, but it's big and new looking and the cafe was helpful AF.

Stopped to get a few items to tide us over while spending a couple days in the area. Store is well laid out, is clean and has an excellent selection of products, including craft beers.

There are many items for the hungry shopper to choose from. Often, a friend or two and myself will meet at TOPS at lunchtime specifically to go through the salad bar. I think it is about $7.00 a pound. My salad usually costs me five dollars or under, and it is LOADED with all the items I like. A few weeks ago, another customer and I both suggested that they add beets to the items available, and I noticed today that beets are now there. Everything is fresh, and there are a lot of fruits. There is a nice area with tables to sit at. Water is available for those (like me) who avoid soda (called pop here in WNY).
