I have a brain injury and every time I go to the UPS store on S Transit rd in Lockport my they are so helpful.. especially the guy with reddish hair/beard .. SO nice .. thank you for having good employees .. good customer service is hard to come by these days and I go there often .. 😁👍🏻

Today I returned something to Amazon and hadn't done that in a long time. Was unsure about packaging requirements but they took the time to clearly explain to me so I know for next time :) Always good experiences over the years with staff! Thank you!
