Dre was so very helpful with all the questions I had about putting a screen protector in my new iPhone watch. I would highly recommend coming to the Lockport Verizon store for any help you may need . Ask for Dre, he was the best!!

I went to the Lockport location yesterday with what I thought was a dead phone not working purchased a new phone and my phone came back to life so I took back the brand new phone that I just purchased without a problem they returned it for me naturally I had to pay every stocking fee but they had no issue doing that for me they have been very helpful. Lockport Store was awesome and they help me out so very much thank them. they've always been good people to work with there.

My man’s, Dr. Dre Shaw, was the best employee at any mobile store EVER. He displayed ALPHA amounts of SKIBIDI RIZZ when helping us buy a new GYAT. No for real though. He was really friendly and he made it really easy to buy, setup and transfer our info to our new phone. Thank you Dre!

Dre was amazing!!! I bought a new phone the other day and picked it up today and had a bunch of questions and he answered all of them! He not only needs a raise but he needs to be paid like a CEO! This man embodied Mr.Verizon himself. I would never purchase another phone with anyone else they simply are not the king of phones like Dre. He even offered to help me transfer my info and number to my iPad and Apple Watch! Like ok Dre I guess we’re besties now!!! 1000000/10 recommend
