Members appreciate the clean environment, modern equipment, and friendly management. The gym provides a great selection of free weights, machines, and classes, with encouraging staff who know their stuff. Its convenient location, ample parking, and fresh atmosphere make it a favorite on the north shore, where members consistently achieve great results.
Everything is clean. Everyone's respectful. All of the machines work well. Classes are excellent. Staff is excellent, juice bar is excellent.

I had a wonderful experience when purchasing personal training sessions as gift for my sister. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I got a tour of the entire gym and was even offered to stay and work out. I was impressed with FIRM’s top of the line equipment like Pelotons!
