“The team was really helpful and courteous. They were quick and efficient and easy to work with! The office staff provided great service, and a clean facility, with a reasonable price.”
“The service from this company was
Awesome. Mr Jovan and Mr Joe with their
Crew did an excellent job moving my elderly parents property from
Their apartment to storage. They made sure they covered everything before they left . I would HIGHLY recommend to use this company .”
“The moving crew that moved my wife and I in IN less than 4 hours are efficient professional courteous knowledgeable and extremely fair priced compared to many other moving estimates that we had obtained. So much so that after I negotiated a flat rate, regardless of the hours it would take, they surprised me by indicating that if the hourly rate came out cheaper they’d give me the lowest of the two rates…you can’t ask for more than that!
With that deal you certainly wouldn’t expect the workers to hustle and come in with a per hour dollar amount less than the previously negotiated flat rate….which was very reasonable in the first place.
WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT the hourly rate came out cheaper because of the speed and efficiency of their workers that day and I saved $300 off the negotiated flat rate!
Further, seeing as we were moving our existing furniture into this new space; the locations of where to put things room by room became a challenge and a struggle to say the least.
We were having a particularly difficult time arranging our furniture into a large living room with high ceilings, that included a large 3 piece, 2 level, wall unit that needed to be attached top to bottom and side to side adjoined to each other. The room also included a large couch and 2 good sized arm chairs…when it was all arranged and in place by our own decision we were a little disappointed at the appearance but at a loss as to what to do?
The foreman of the crew, sensing our frustration asked if we wouldn’t mind a suggestion? Of course we didn’t mind as we were clueless as to how to fix this positioning. The foreman suggested we reverse the entire room pointing out to us that the large already assembled 3 pieces, 2 levels high wall unit would fit nicely and look much better on the alcove section of the room and not on the huge high ceiling wall of the room making it look smaller than it truly is.
We said “ you would have your men disassemble this huge wall unit that they had just put together on one side of the room and reassemble it on the other side where the foreman suggested.” He said sure we would as that’s what we do!!
I can’t tell the difference that switch made in the appearance if the room ! We are delighted with the outcome and so appreciative of the efforts that the entire crew made to make this change. I have a similar story about the reassembly of a large Horizon treadmill but you get the idea
PROFESSIONAL FAST EFFICIENT COURTEOUS ULTRA ACCOMMODATING and as stated above FAIR-PRICED
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Morgan J. Lemkau moving and storage for your move!”

“Our Son and D-I-L hired The Moving Doctor for a short move from Syosset to East Norwich, but Wow! they have a LOT of stuff. The Moving Doctor arrived on-time, with adequate trucks and crew, and ample amounts,of packing supplies even-though packing was not part of their contract.
Friendly, polite, hard working, and they stayed until the job was done!”
“The crew was professional, personable, and good humored. And man did they hustle!
Some of the same crew arrived at the new home and reassembled furniture and we had the same consistent experience. They barely took a break and got us unpacked and ready to settle in that day.
Highly recommend them.
Thank you to the whole team !”
“Choosing Elate Moving was the best choice we could have made. All my items got to my destination in perfect condition. “There is a reason Elate gets so many good reviews - they are incredible. We just used them for a more complicated international move (New York to British Columbia) and they could not have been better. Nick who I corresponded with via email answered my millions of questions super quickly. And our lead mover, Dennis, was amazing - he handled all our things with care, arrived on time and delivered on time and was lovely to deal with. Thank you Elate!”
“Unlike other companies, the Go Mini storage unit fit my single car driveway perfectly. Service was great - super easy drop off and pick up. Highest recommendations!”
“Simply the best movers I have ever used anywhere in the country. I have used Moving Ahead for about 6 moves personally and my adult children have each used them for their own moves. Stellar employees who will work until job is done and done right. Can’t say enough great things about them. I have used several other companies and will only use Moving Ahead for any future moves. Very reasonable rates as well, especially for this high level of service.”

“I can't share enough kudos for this amazing business. I have used Kalfur 4 times during the past 20 years, the last time from Brooklyn to NC. Professional, courteous, dependable, personable, reliable, are just a few adjectives I would happily share with anyone considering a move with Kalfur. You might find a cheaper option, but you'll be glad you hired Kalfur. All the staff are amazing. Chris and Jack run a first class operation”

“Skidmore Trucking must be the best kept secret in moving around these parts. Like another reviewer said, we couldn't have asked for more from a mover. Ed and his crew were professional and polite and worked tirelessly to get the job done in time. Moved us from a 4,000 sq ft space to a 1,500 sq ft space, with heavy furniture, through tight spaces, in just two days, with impeccable care....for less than HALF of what other movers quoted us. Cant recommend them more highly.”

“Getting ready to sell your home is a pretty big undertaking! Barbara came to our house, looked around and put together a plan to get us uncluttered, organized, staged and ready for our open house in 10 days! Diane, executed the plan and worked side by side with me to get this very big job done. Having support and help through this quick and exciting change was amazing. We would not have been ready without A Nu Start NY. Barbara is a professional at this craft! Thank you”

“College Hunks Moving Co helped me move my small apartment over to a new one. The service was above and beyond from Matt V. and Cameron M. 😊 They took extra care of all my furniture and everything that needed to be moved. Their work was very professional and quick as well. Pricing was fair and not overpriced in my opinion. I will absolutely be recommending College Hunks for anyone needing to move or get rid of extra junk. 10/10 service!!”

“The absolute best. I have used their services three times over the past 10 years. From start to finish my experiences with this company was superb They were very quick and efficient which was importent to us since we were on a tight schedule They took great care in wrapping our furniture to insure nothing was damaged. What impressed us the most was how they handled a few pieces of furniture that were already damaged prior to our move. They actually repaired some of the items ! Awesome customer service from start to finish. !”
