Rude and condescending for no reason to my mom- the clerk took her items on consignment then owner called back complaining about the items. They should have politely declined them to begin with. Cheesy and unprofessional. Wasn’t about a small flaw, basically called and said she didn’t like the brand and it was out of fashion. In any case, if you have someone doing intake, you should stand behind their decisions. Especially on consignment, when it costs nothing.

I came here when i was cleaning out my mom's closet . the owner- Christine is fantastic- and - what I really appreciate in this industry- she's fair. We got a big check a month after I dropped off a bag of clothes that I didn't have time to deal with. Her store clearly draws a lot of customers (every time i've been there, there's brand new inventory). Also - Christine's staff is terrific, every person I've dealt with is just really nice. Great business!

Delightful consignment shop in the North Shore featuring a well-curated assortment of designer and better RTW pieces. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is well-lit and attractively organized. A really nice shopping experience and I’m always eager to return to see what new things they’ve gotten in.

Very attractive story with nicely displayed items. Christine is friendly and One Last Look is a store that I plan go back to again and again. The items for sale are attractive and very reasonably priced. Christine has a real taste for what women are looking for today. I highly recommend you stop in at One Last Look.

Great selection of gently used designer merchandise! Place is aesthetically appealing too! Owner is personable and tries to suggest pieces for you, but does not push you towards any items. Reasonably priced, as well. Overall a pleasant shopping experience!

Christine is the best! I always leave with something that she finds for me. Usually things I wouldn’t think to try on but wind up loving. Love to visit regularly as they get new things everyday. Worth taking a look!

Christine is a pleasure, knowledgeable and funny. She is quite helpful. I brought some items she was so welcoming and took her time with me. It's a fun place makes you feel like your in someones closet. Some great things and priced fairly.

Lovely little designer consignment shop. Customer service is excellent, like having a personal shopper with you! Also the store is very well organized so you don't feel overwhelmed digging through clothes. Definitely will be a regular here.

I love this store and was very happy to discover a high quality consignment shop near my mom's. It's small, well curated and the staff is friendly and super helpful. I love that they bring suggestions to the dressing room and help put outfits together. The second time I went there, I left with 8 new pieces, including a black jumpsuit, that I wouldn't have found if not for their expert eye and styling.

I have bought items here and loved them - as in any consignment situation all such stores have a no refund policy so that the item isn't worn or damaged further and then returned -so every now and then you get something home you decide was a mistake (is there really a woman out there who has never done that?!) but the great prices and beautiful job they do culling incredible finds is well worth it. I have sent two friends here as well and they both found the staff friendly and helpful and they bought multiple items and we all loved the place.

I have bought and sold a ton of items at this store over the years and always dismissed friends and family's comments about how they won't shop there again because of the snotty owner. Well today I got my first dose and I won't be going back. After buying a $38 button down shirt with the label missing I looked further to find out it was from Target. Nothing against Target but I have no need to buy used clothes from there. Well I went to return the item and was given more than an attitude, the owner said it was some name brand and when I showed her the tiny tag with the target logo her response was to remind me they don't take returns as she's huffing and puffing and asking for my receipt. She gave me such an attitude I took the shirt and said forget about it. BUYER BEWARE. We have a lot of choices where to spend our money and I for one, won't be spending mine there anymore. Good luck trying to pawn off cheap clothes for designer stuff.

I have sold and bought in this store. The people are super friendly and helpful. I recently bought a pair of earrings that my jeweler said he would charge 4xs the cost. There are gems in this store both items and employees!
