Initially it took a lot of work to find Steve Lorio as our management company. Once we began I as President of Treasure Chest Condo built not only a friendship but I learned to rely on Steve whom never let me down. He brought on his Nephew Joe Lorio and although the company name changed Joe continues to provide quality management service along with his team. He has honored his Uncle's legacy while building his own. Sometimes I like taking new owners down the road of history with specific above and beyond what the Lorio name did and continues to do today. I personally can't speak highly enough of Joe Lorio All Management Services Inc and his team. If you have the fortunate opportunity to sit with All Management Services Inc you will find they will meet and exceed your expectations. This is a top shelf company. I will continue using their services and wish them luck and great success in continuing to grow their business.

All Shore Management are the consummate professionals and represent all that a Management Compajy should be. I have the pleasure of working with them on multiple buildings where I serve as Counsel, not to mention the fact that they are the Managing Agent for the Condo Building I live in. They are efficient and highly knowledgeable when it comes to both routine (collecting monthly common charges, daily operation of Building) and complex (construction, renovation, structural/esthetic upgrades and/remediation) aspects of Building Management. Well deserved 5 Stars!!!
