We arrived in March. The hotel was empty, we asked from the beginning of the reservation for a room with a view. Not only did it not have a view but when you opened the window the wall of the opposite building was one meter away! It was always night! Be very careful not to be sure!

We had a lovely room. Unfortunately the ocean view was obstructed by scaffolding. But, the service was impeccable. Sharon assisted us by keeping our bags after check out time so we could experience another day walking the lovely boardwalk. Morning with a coffee pot on the table was greatly appreciatedWalkability: We were pleasantly surprised this hotel was on the beach with a lovely boardwalk.Food & drinks: The mezzanine bar/lounge served a delicious meal. I had the meatballs and my husband had a very flavorful ribeye. Christian was an excellent bartender/server.

Our recent bridal shower at Allegria Hotel's Jack's Rooftop Bar was nothing short of perfection. The rooftop room/bar offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and cityscape of NYC, creating an elegant and enchanting ambiance. The food was not only visually appealing but also exceptionally delicious, catering to diverse tastes.What truly set Allegria Hotel apart was the exceptional service from every staff member. From the manager, Devin, to the cleanup crew, to the bartenders, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Their proactive approach, consistently anticipating our needs, made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail made our day truly special. I highly recommend Allegria Hotel for any special event. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable day.

We have been coming here for the last 10 years and they scammed us by giving us an ocean front room fully blocked by scaffolding‘s,wooden bars and metal stairs and bars. The front desk lady Jennette lied to us. We got scammed by this hotel, and they did not refund any money back: avoid staying here!!! Fraudulent people, feel cheated. Check other people complaining the same. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.

I happened to be in town visiting some family & had a great stay, will recommend to all my friends and family. The staff was very courteous & service was excellent! Scenery is also so so beautiful! Definitely will be returning when in town again!

We stayed at Allegria Hotel this pass MLK weekend. My husband booked the room because of the view for our early Valentine getaway. But when we got there, we we're welcomed with scaffoldings and construction nets! It was very disappointing. The room look good, I love the layout but the furniture and cabinet need some upgrading. Sofa was dirty where I wish I brought some blankets to cover them. We didn't complain because we didn't want to waste time since our time was limited and didn't want to spoil our getaway. I still like the location and how convenient it is. I would still book this hotel I just really wish they made upgrades since they are so pricey!!!
