On November 9th, someone walked into this Long Beach NY AT&T store, 200 miles from where I live and was able to steal my phone number by somehow transferring my cell number to a new random cell phone. He/they then used the stolen phone number and cell phone to steal money from me at TD Bank using the security codes sent to my phone number which was now in the possession of the identity thief. They were able to steal thousands of dollars from me.I opened a fraud claim with ATT. They investigated and confirmed that I was the victim of fraud and identity theft at this store. I have since contacted the police and FBI.I tried calling the store to talk to the salesperson who worked with the identity thief to find out what information he may have had on me. Every time I call the store, the salesperson, who also appears to be the manager of the store, is somehow on break and is not available. Each time I call this store someone takes my name and number claiming the manager will call me back, but no one ever calls back.

I went to the AT&T store in Long Beach, NY and Moe took care of me. He is brilliant and very savvy with everything in the store. Moe was able to help me when the Apple store could not. He deserves to be recognized for all of his hard work.

I am absolutely frustrated with this store and the company's lack of response to my issue. It has been almost two months that I have been dealing with this place and AT&T. My husband went in to upgrade the devices on our three lines, and instead, they added three additional lines without our knowledge. Once the bill came and we realized the error, we went to the store to get it figured out. The day-to-day employees have no power to make any sort of adjustments to your account except the ones that increase your bill. And if you have an issue, don't worry, they'll "text the district manager," who won't ever return your calls.

It’s 2:00 on a Friday. This is the fourth time in the past two weeks. I have stopped by the store and each time it has been closed. Completely unacceptable. This is no way to run a business. The last three times that a sign posted that they were closed… Today not even a sign. Ridiculous.

This morning, June 9th, I got to the store at 10 am to purchase my girlfriend's gift. Waited 27 minutes outside in the sweltering heat and still doors are locked. The store hours state a 10am opening. As other irritated customers also waited outside. They all left and went to Oceanside store. 11am and still not open. Never going to this store again. Absolutely horrible service. This store prob lost a solid 6 to 8 customers that were all angry outside waiting for it to open. I will be going to Oceanside cause I cant rely on the Long Beach store. Garbage!
