“Have been coming here for over 20 years and the service & price couldn’t be better! And they don’t tell you need repairs unless you really need them.”
“I’ve been coming here for all of my tire needs the last 8 years. Akash and team are friendly, honest and provided great service.
Recently, I came to them for a new tire after a flat. Instead of taking advantage and just giving me a new tire, they were able to identify that the tire valve was leaking - replaced it for free and put my newly inflated previous tire back on. Thank you guys!”
“I cannot thank Gus, the owner of this shop enough. I drove from Boston to Long Beach for a friend’s bridal shower, when my 2020 Jeep started squealing with an hour left in our trip. The next morning, I went to Gus’s shop with a friend to explain my predicament (brakes were more than likely shot and I was hoping to able to make it back to Boston on Sunday.) He met us with a warm and welcoming presence and reassured me that he would be able to take care of the issue in no time (which he did!)
As a 30 year old female, I tend to avoid auto body shops because I am intimidated and have had a few unfriendly encounters, but from the moment we arrived, the owner treated us like family to the point I made a comment that he must have a daughter/child our age (which we later found out he did)
If you’re in the Long Beach area and you’re looking for an auto body shop you can trust, Gus’s Auto Repair is the place to go.
Thank you again Gus!”
“I have never met a more genuine, honest, and humble group of mechanics before in my entire life. If you are always worried if you are going to get screwed by the mechanic you have been going to the wrong group for too long. The guys here at Empire will always be straight with you, never oversell and properly take care of the car to make sure you get back on the road and safe. So grateful my Grandfather recommended them to us. There is no other choice but Empire. A plus plus plus”

“Been going here for years. William is very honest and fair priced. When I had brakes done here he charged way less than other shops. That one star review is obviously a fake.”
“Really honest work is done here, not to mention they’re extremely kind and do a thorough job. I wasn’t worried about getting scammed here like I normally am going to other auto shops. Highly recommend it!”

“Could not recommend this place more. As a girl, safety is always important for me and I always feel so safe and comfortable at this shop. I always get the help I need whenever I come in and beyond that. My car had a check engine light come up and they fixed it the same day no wait, no problem. Everything was solved The day of with my car running smooth. It’s so nice to know that I have a place I can go to when something happens to my car. I have people here in Long Beach who will always be there to help that I can finally rely on it. Specifically, James was very helpful!”

This is a perfectly positioned place just be on the lookout for pan handlers and the like who pray on wallets no reflection on the business though!”

“This shop is honest and professional. They were very transparent with me about the issues my old car was having and that the cost of repairs needed was not worth it after their assessment. The people working there are also very friendly!”
