“I have been coming to this store for so many years. The ladies that work here are awesome. I’ve never had a problem with my service. They always help me with my phone problems.”
“Went there yesterday bad time on my part and the staff was very accommodating into trying to help me figure out the solution. They helped me in the best possible ways.
Because of this, I have found the solution to my problems and I'm going back to complete my transactions.
Your staff is awesome and the best.
They went above and beyond are there any place that I've been to.
They deserve raises.
They were very very helpful.
And I appreciate it so much that I was able to buy other things as well.
You owner should give them a call and tell them that I appreciate their help.
Tell them I'm the guy from the nursing home.
And I'm going there again today.
One in part for my transaction and the second part is there awesome customer service.
God bless”

“I was having problems with my old iPhone 10 after 7 years. I went locally to the Verizon in Long Beach NY. They couldn’t be better. Walked out with 2 new iPhones with accessories and a new better plan. More recently I turned in my old phone for the rebate. They transferred all my old files and apps. Made sure everything was working correctly. Erased my files from the old phone. I had avoided upgrading sooner because I was worried about losing stuff. Not to worry . They were great! Highly recommend them with pleasure!”
