Do NOT expect much friendliness when you go in. I needed my pedals changed, I brought new ones with me, they wanted to charge me $20 to unscrew and put on new pedals..someone should explain customer relations and service to them. I'll never go back. So I went to another bike shop and they did the changeover FOR FREE.

Amazing experience!! They made my bike look completely new! I lt was filled with rust and grime from the beach, and now looks clean as a whistle! I recommend them highly! Anyone who needs bike repair or a tune up, do not hesitate! Spend the money. Worth every penny.

First, I want to say I rarely post any reviews. I needed to after my experience with Long Beach Bicycles. I must’ve bought my bike in a dozen times since training started for my first full distance Ironman on July 20th in Lake Placid.
The owner Mike is awesome, and staff is top-notch. All the mechanics (a special shout out to Jesse) are really good at what they do and have done an exceptional job in servicing my high-end triahlon bike. I really don’t have time between work and training to do the maintenance, and Long Beach Bicycle comes through every time.
2 1/2 weeks before my Ironman I hit a rabbit on a training ride on the trail between Jones Beach and Caprtree. I got pretty banged up and unfortunately my bike did Not make it out of the crash unscathed. I took the bike in knowing there was some damage as I wrote it back to my car after the crash. Unfortunately I needed a part from Shimano crank set, and this particular part is not available in the after market yet. They gave me some alternatives, and got my bike race ready in time for Lake Placid.
After the race I even got a call from Mike and Warren who tracked me throughout the race. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Love all the guys Long Beach Bicycles.

Great customer service, professional repair work and super accommodating. I bought a bicycle seat that wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be. They made several adjustments for me and when that didn’t work they switched it out for a different one, no problem. They really wanted me to be happy. Great experience

We bought my daughter a cruiser for her graduation and are very satisfied! Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable people-an overall excellent experience. Prices are reasonable and purchase comes with 1 yr service-can’t beat that!

We got my mom a bike for mother’s day and she was absolutely thrilled with the bike we got from here! She went back for some minor adjustments, (seat heightened, ect) and the staff was very helpful! They have a large variety of bikes to choose from and we will definitely be going back in the future!

Stopped in to get chain help for my beach cruiser. Eli (mechanic) took it right away and I was out in 5 mins. He also gave me lots of valuable pointers about bike maint. while I was waiting. Great first experience at the new location of the shop.
