The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism and attentiveness during my visit today. Accompanying my elderly mother, who relies on a wheelchair, for blood work can be challenging due to her weak veins. However, the nurse displayed remarkable patience and skill, successfully drawing the blood. Both my mother and I were deeply appreciative of her professionalism and attentive care.

Needed blood work for an upcoming physical. Online scheduling is easy but the best part was the technician,Simone. I have veins that are difficult to find. Drawing blood has always been very difficult and painful. One shot and Simone had the vein, but even better, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She is amazing and an expert at her job. Thank you.

If you need a lab test, my suggestion is to keep driving to a competent lab.. I took a PSA blood test in November. The findings were abnormal. My doctor or myself were never notified of this finding. When I finally called THEM, they finally sent the results after 2 months to the doctor.Being a former lab owner myself, I know proper protocol and what is not.When I called in for an explanation, they couldn't find either of my phone numbers or discuss the findings.These days, health is too important to tolerate this slipshod work.

Very well organized, professional, minimal waiting time and nice staff. Our eternal gratitude and appreciation for Julian, who took care of our special needs son with kindness, patience, and a friendly and fun demeanor. She is truly an example of what is best about the human condition. We highly recommend this lab and would have given them more than 5 stars if we could.
