“I've purchased multiple properties and in my experience all these seller's agents are the same. They jack up the price to earn more saying 1000 people who want this house and you got come higher. Well, tbh, Roman did the same thing, but apparently there were 1000 people who really did want this house for some reason, and Roman worked hard to make sure I got this property. In that way, I think, Roman is a rare find. All throughout, he was professional, honest with me and personable; a straight-shooter, yet caring. Like on the day of closing, my wife and I did a walkthrough on an REO purchase and it appeared that there was no running water. I thought they sold me a lemon. Roman put me on a conference call with the Water Authority and another person and himself and was sending someone to the property to make sure the water was on before we finally got it to work. I don't know many realtors that would've gone that far on an "as-is" property. He could of said, "Not my problem," but he didn't. Listen, everybody knows buying a house can give you high-blood pressure. So if you want a good, honest, knowledgeable realtor, if you want to make something stressful less stressful, call Roman!”
