Went there for a covid shot. Had an appointment and after waiting 25 minutes wound up leaving without having the shot. Why do they make appoints if they don't keep them?

Pharmacy staff does not arrive on time at 9:00 am (I and other customers waited for 15 minutes in the drive-thru until I called Corporate who had to call the store manager to locate the pharmacy staff's whereabouts.) Same staff did not fill my prescription while it was admittedly in stock, causing me to miss a dose. Same staff also left me on hold for 45 minutes from 8:00 pm to 8:50 pm (10 minutes before they closed, and another effort to simply not do their job.) Pharmacy staff takes no pride in their work and do not seem to understand that they continuously put Walgreens at risk for liability.

Do yesterday I stopped into this location since I was visiting family & I needed a few items that I forgot, I was helped by David, he was awesome plus great with his customer service skills. I will always stop at this location when I am in the area, Thank you Walgreens for great employees like him….

Pharmacy is awful. Always a long wait. I'm saying this now as I've sat on pharmacy line for over 20 minutes and they've helped 2 people in that time. Store inside is fine but pharmacy is slow.

Staff don’t care about anything. Never answer the phone and if they do they will hang up right away. Will never use that pharmacy again

I got my son's passport photo here and it was not accepted by the State Department. The Passport photo that this Walgreens took did not meet the standards set by the US Government so the application was unable to be completed without resubmitting a new photo. Do not get passport photos at this location, or you risk the photo not meeting the State Department's standards. I called the store and they were unwilling to take a new photo free of charge, despite their guarantee that the Passport photo would meet government standards.

Scheduled a Covid test.Unfortunately you have to have a bike or a car to get this done- I walked there, but was told to return with a bike or a car for the drive through.My concern is that this is not accessible to all people- those without vehicles.In the end, retuned with my bike. Test results expected in 2-5 days. I didn’t think test results took longer than 48 hours in 2022- we’ll see.

Do not buy refrigerated food here, especially milk. I bought a half gallon and it was bad, although it had 7 more days until expiration. A week later I bought two quarts, thinking that was safe. More than a week until expiration. Both smelly and tasted bad. I got a refund for those, but had to argue with the manager. They insist they put them into the case as soon as delivered -- I doubt it. The manager and clerk were aggressive about refunding my money -- I just wanted them to be aware and to apologize, and I did want my money back. It may be that the truck that delivers leaves the milk out somewhere. Whatever. . . be warned . . . and go to 7-Eleven on the next block! I tried calling customer service but after 40 minutes on hold I gave up. So - if you need milk, buying here just gets you sour milk. . .

My 1st time using LB walgreens phmcyThe pharmacist& her staff avoided a nightmare. They care! They know what they are doing. They are patient. 5 starsMy new doctor made so many mistakes and the staff caught every one. They were patient &kind. And got it done.Thank you LB Walgreens!!!

I literally feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone every time I go here. I don't know how they choose their staff, but ZERO customer service skills. One dude doesn't even speak; just grunts as he rings you up. There's always a massive line with one person working one register and having to also run over to photo to help people there. Employees will look you dead in the eye while you're waiting and not even say "we'll be right with you." Seem to be consistently understaffed and have to spend 20 minutes per customer processing coupons. Give me a break. Never going again.
