Went there at 10:45 pm at night. There were 3 workers and no one on line. I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes before someone checked me out and none of them apologized or addressed that they would help me soon. When I finally brought my items, I asked for myreceipt afterwards and the cashier said their machine was broken. As a business it is mandatory that you provide a receipt to you customers.

This store really do not deserve any star at all (0 star) Horrible service from the associates. They don’t understand what I’m explaining, the deals for $1.49 large hot coffee from the 7 eleven app didn’t apply and they didn’t explain properly why they didn’t honor . I’m never conducting business in that location ever again! ???

Waisted 15 mins cuz they moving slower than snails just to be denied services. Tried getting something the required ID, waiting 10mins for someone to even come to the register, as I’m pulling my ID out guy walks away n I get stuck waiting another 5 mins till he comes back, n even then prioritising pl behind me. showed em my ID proving I’m of age n they said cuz it’s not NY state it not valid. SIR THAT IS LEGALLY INCORRECT! Passports and outta state ID are all valid forms of IDs. I have NEVER had this issue at any other location

I would never ever go back to this 7 11.customer service is the worst in USA I swear I felt like this Chinese guy in the counter has something personal against me even I was nice and I spent $30 in there.the worker team at night are the worst ever and it was this week of July this year. I wish none go there again

Believe me or not this is one of the best 7-Eleven I have ever been to. I normally get my morning coffee from here if I'm in the area. Usually they have more options for cream and milk than other stores. I can't tell you about other shifts but he morning crews are friendly and professional. I just feel they should have more cashiers in the morning and when it gets busy.

The most pleasant and friendly service I’ve ever received at a 7-Eleven. 2:15pm on June 8, 2023. This girl deserves the credit. She greeted me with a bright smile and efficiently handled all the store’s traffic with a happy and helpful attitude. It was so refreshing!

The overall experience at this 7-eleven is fantastic every time. The employees have exceptional customer service and work very efficiently. They always have what I need and if not they assist me in getting it.

There’s one nice Indian guy that greets you & then there’s the older Indian guy who rushes you to pay, is inattentive & rude. He kept 2 cents from me & and forgot the cash amount I handed to him.

The absolute worst service, employees, product out of any chains I've visited. This location is always full because of the heavy traffic location, the line is always super long, and there's always only ONE cashier. I don't know if this is a franchise but corporate seriously needs to get involved. Someone intelligent needs to step in because this store is a horrible mess of a place.

Terrible customer service. The female cashier was extremely rude to me. The store is crowded & dirty. The only reason this place is still in business is because there's a college across the street and no other stores nearby. Avoid this place unless you have no choice.

No one cares in that store.. really bad customer service.. I waited there for 10 min with empty cup . They just had to reset the espresso machine and they were just blaming each other . I asked 2 employee . A Bengali employee said go to the guy in register named Junior . When I asked junior he said I don’t know how to reset go ask that guy. They just had to refill milk and reset the fuxking machine. I understand everyone should divide their job , but when customer standing they should not fight and help each other. I’ll email about this in 7-eleven main office.

Spanish gentlemen with the long moustache charged me for my coffee twice and didn't apply my rewards and discount for whatever reason .. also it was very unpleasant walking over sticky floors around the coffee I literally felt like my boots were glued to the floor with gorilla glue
