Wish I had seen the poor reviews before I visited this location. No tellers open when I visited around midday, with all the staff standing around chatting in their offices. When I was eventually assisted, I requested issuance of a new debit card with expedited shipping (at my own cost), but this was not processed, because it has been 7 days and I was neither given a tracking number, nor have I received my new card, which has been a severe inconvenience in terms of accessing my money and paying recurring bills. When I requested other assistance, such as help regaining access to my mobile banking, I was advised instead to call customer service to verify my identity (even though I had presented in person, with my passports). Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch if you value, at the very least, the minimum standard of acceptable service.

One of the worst branch. Long wait even with an appointment. Low efficiency and flexibility. One time I needed to wire some money and was told I could either wait for a manager for 1h+ or schedule an appointment for the following week.

Horrible location, avoid! Workers purposely ignored me instead of saying they’re booked up in the next weeks. Better service in Midtown.

I'm not the type to review banks but this one deserves zero stars. Rude people at the counter. Manager just sitting on his phone watching videos. Now I know why they have such a low rating.

Wow. Absolutely terrible service. How is this place still open in 2023?!Some horror stories:• Getting handed thousands of dollars in cash through window with no envelope. Not safe!!• Being asked to repeat SS numbers in front of multiple people. Not secure!!• Being asked to call customer service *at the bank*. Really feels like gaslighting!

The rude staff, there is no cellphone signal in the bank, and there is no service. Chase is much better. Stay away from here

The fact that I would rather commute 30-mins to visit another BOA is really telling of what this bank is like. I agree with all the 1-star reviews here. Experience has always been terrible, and I don't think this branch should continue to be in operation. Staff is inexperienced, and not very competent. First, the hours at this branch are the most limited I have seen. In addition to not opening on weekends, they only now operate from 10-4pm M-F. If you need to arrange an appointment with a financial advisor and you don't WFH, good luck. The one time I was able to (finally) get an appointment, I came to have them tell me the advisor doesn't work there anymore (the irony). I received multiple email notifications reminding me to make the appointment, and NO notice that it had been canceled. What did the bank do? They advised me to call customer service (for questions that can't be answered on the phone for legal reasons), and asked me to sit in one of their office booths with the door wide open. Yes, I'd love everyone to know my SSN and details of my investment portfolio...this is clearly a violation of proper banking conduct. Then even something as simple as picking up foreign currency is long and taxing. Seems like no one here cares about doing their job well or properly for that matter. Do not come expecting a seamless experience.

I was greeted with a rude atmosphere the teller said what I have in my bank acc and made a claim that you can't cash a check unless you have the exact same amount as the check than insult to injury the teller is telling a complete stranger what in my bank and refused me service.

I came here for the atm. It does look kind of old and dingy when you first see it. It is located near the 7 train court square station. If you're trying to go in and actually seek in person help then you might want to try another branch. It is not very busy but also doesn't seem like anyone wants to help.
