Large gasoline/ diesel spill on ground at pump 4, attendant in booth notified , didn't care.

Pump #1 was apparently malfunctioning and I was charged for Premium while getting Regular, the clerk said the mechanic would be here in the morning and that he couldn't give me a refund because his computer showed the same error the pump made and stated I got Premium, the pump literally stole 10 bucks from me, now I could care less about the 10 bucks, but the clerk knew the pump was malfunctioning and still refused to refund me the difference, at least give me a free drink for the faulty machine.
