The canopy is FILTHY. You would think a bank making all this money off the community could pay for an annual power washing or new signage. Also, there is nearly always going to be an ATM or two out of service in the lobby. Where is management?!?! These are basic things: keep your business clean and operational. Branch manager is relying completely on the Chase brand to get by.

The service at this bank is terrible. The tellers are not thorough with their work and have shown to have poor reading comprehension. If Chase is your primary bank, I recommend going elsewhere for decent service.

I when to this bank to open an account for my fiancé and a guy came up to ask us if we needed help. I told him what I came in her for and he said you need to have papers right of the back. So I said what and he said ya you have to be a citizen to open an account. Idk what it was if it was the color of my skin or my race for him to say something like that but I was born in New York. And for a work at chase bank to do something like this is so unprofessional and him seem so fine with it. If this is how chase bank employees are treating people then I don't think I should recommend people to chase anymore. Th shut is light skin and have a beard.

I opened a bank account with Chase at this branch. The appointment was scheduled online and the process was seamless. The staff that was assigned to help me, Bek, was incredibly professional, thorough and patient about the options available. As an international, I really appreciated his detailed explanation to help me navigate the banking system in the US. I would highly recommend.

Unsafe location. "Security" is a small Mexican woman. Worst hours I've ever seen, meant to intentionally underserve the queens population.

Unlike the other reviews that came before me, I've had consistently positive experiences at this bank branch. I've visited this location three times around opening time and each time, the staff warmly greeted me both upon entering and leaving. Moreover, they efficiently took care of what I needed. No complaints.

Bed experience. I went twice to deposit my foreign currency to my chase account but they were saying their system is down!Use to be good service in this location. Very disappointed. Chase is a big bank they should have better working system!

Never answered their phone. I called a different Chase branch who called their internal number and sent an internal email and the bank also didn’t receive a response.

Customer service is non existent. They never answer the phone and when they do, they hang up or treat you poorly. The “manager” Humberto should work at a circus because he is a clown.

The company Thumbtack withdrew 5 transactions from my account for products that I didn't buy and I didn't even have lead information.When opening a complaint on chase, they didn't even hear me, they just deferred the RIDICULOUS AND UNDUE charge WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OF MY ACCOUNT.Since I cannot trust my MONEY to this CHASE institution. I withdraw my pay check and cancel my account due to lack of confidence, because CHASE is no longer reliable for our money

Branch on 30th Ave in AstoriaCan’t access branch over the phone no matter how many times used the phone provided. Totally inaccessible to ask my questions. Horrendous experience .
