Hi I was just at the this branch at Queens Blvd LIC personal banker was help me my account problem her name is Angelica M Suarez I am telling every one she was so professional sincere and honest even her teller as well she taking care my little problem with her professionalism I will recommend any one and any family members see her and see what she can do for your financial goal manny Blessing this great individual and I hope Citi bank reward her in the future for her talent it is called world class that is all I can say.

I just move in this area. Went to open up account in city bank, I check in before closing time via bar code and waited for my turn then when my turn came a black suit lady comes and says oh we are closed we can’t open account for you today. When I said but I check in on time and waited for my turns she says why don’t you come tomorrow we have no banker today who can open account for you today at this time. When I said I can’t come tomorrow too coz I get home at this time all the times, Mon to Friday she goes like why not come Saturday then. It is insane the City bank has no banker to open up an account for new customers !!!

Didnt Honor Online Virtual appointment never called, nor can you reach their location phone number as they dont answer. Also came in same day and waited 2 hours and didnt get serviced for a business account. I recommend you guys bank somewhere thats more personalized services and theres open communication especially if you have a business. Go to another bank if you have the option you will only waste your time coming to this location or even trying to do a virtual appoint

I recently was in QB/39 Street, i found the staff very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I sat with the banker Kevin who helped me with my business very efficiently opening a account and bring me to the teller completing my transaction in a timely manner. Before leaving the manager Ms Miranda did introduce herself and was inquiring if i was satified and that all my banking needs were satified on this day. All said it was a pleasurable experience . Not the most friendly place-sign public ly posted by seating area warns that clients may only sit if they are waiting to be seen! Also once asked one of their ‘ advisers “ about Citibank website question and told to handle it myself. Only use for standing ATM transactions

I visited this branch on September 15th. I saw that it was a little small but everyone there was working very hard and making things flow smoothly. I was super impressed by the two representatives that supported me in purchasing my first apartment, Lourdes Angulo and Rosa (I hope that is her name and believe she is manager). They gave me great advice! I did not feel rushed or pushed out. Felt very seen and very respected. I was thinking about leaving Citibank but this level of customer service is so hard to come by. Thank you ladies for your professionalism.
