I already wrote a review but Noemi deserves a better review than the previous. Im not gonna lie, I had my doubts because Ive tried other dealerships and no one was able to work out anything for me to get the car I wanted. But Noemi was determined to make sure I get the car. She was confident and said dont worry, so I put my trust in her. And she did NOT let me down! She made sure everything worked out. Her attitude is very upbeat and she gets the work done, and makes sure you leave with the car you wanted.If you’re looking for a car, you MUST come here. They will work through everything for you, just be honest and tell them your issues and worries. They will lay out the solutions and help you in every way.Thank you Noemi. Youre the best! Definitely telling anyone I know who wants to get a car to go to her!!!

This review is SOLEY for Valeria. She is the Client Service Manager. I'm giving her service a 5star review.Valeria, the client service manager, went above and beyond to assist me with an issue(one of many) with the dealer.She is very attentive and understands my terrible experience at this dealer. She did all the necessary correspondence internally to make sure I was satisfied with at least 1 agreed upon deal made with the dealership. I am VERY grateful for all she did for me and will be forever thankful.If you have any pending issues with this dealership, I recommend contacting Valeria. She is your best shot at getting something done.

Came here for a GMC Terrain. I got a better price than any other dealer in the tristate area. I called a lot of them. Nikki the manager and Daniel the sales are amazing. Highly Recommend this place

In response to Empire GMC's reply, note that General Motors Executive Repsonse team was involved and directly reached out to Empire GMC, who refused to make any amends citing the lack of a prior service visit since purchasing the vehicle.Original Review: Sales and service leave much to be desired.Sales ... all done over the phone. Numbers discussed and agreed, etc. Leave deposit. When we show up to finalize, numbers were increased. Vehicle front trim was popped out. Later learned there was also substandard touch up painting done.When looking to buy out, couldn't get any info. Why? Vehicle was in their service department for over 2 months and Sales said to wait.Service ... the two months should explain it all. I didn't want to bring it there because of other reviews and the poor Sales experience, but as it was defective paint, GMC told me to bring it there. For the first month, they didn't do anything. They also refused to provide any updates or even a person with any knowledge of the whereabouts of the vehicle. I called for weeks to try and get an update. Finally the service manager called back. Then it was another mess, one a month. First time the car came back, they didn't do anything, second time the car was brought back but the parking sensors were messed up. The only plus was that after the first screw up, they picked up and dropped the car off for the two subsequent trips.Vehicle had 15k miles and management says they don't want to provide any comp because the vehicle was never in for service before.Avoid this dealership.GM was also subpar in assistance. Also, them not willing to honor their warranty through more local and reputable service centers is 100% b.s.Although I bought out this vehicle (directly), it may very well be the last GM I buy. I've had 9 GM vehicles across Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC and Pontiac.

DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP & STAY AWAY. The salespeople are very rude and unprofessional. I worked with these salespeople: Taj(original last name- Tulloch), Tatiana Kolitari, and Victoria Dejesus. The sales team and I agreed on the price of the car. I have written text messages and also voice recordings with all taxes, DMV, and car price-out-of-the-door prices. On the purchase the next day, I came with the certified check, and the sales team said now, I have to pay an extra $2500 for the car. I showed in writing, and voice call recording but their salespeople are so rude and unprofessional. I drove almost 3 hours one way. On that day, even though I rented a car, Victoria Dejesus, Tatiana knew that I was coming from far away. Ridiculous! The management should fire/lay off all three sales representatives, Taj(Tulloch) does not know how to behave with the customers and does not know the word "ETIQUETTE". They are doing FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, on the advertisement there is no hidden fee mentioned but actually, they are charging the dealership fees, so, they are fooling the customers. Again, DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP!! I wish I could give zero stars.

I get an amazing experience here. I was looking for my first car and I got the best help by Victoria (sales person) and Sully (finance’s person). Victoria was great listening what I wanted, she was friendly and really patient. Sully she was great also, she explained everything to me and she helped me to find the best prices for me. I loved my experience here I really recommend this place. If you come here for sure ask for Victoria an Sully they are the best. I love my new car.

I arranged for a lease buyout of my current lease at the dealership. The process was smooth and easy. My sales advisor, Karen Herrera, was friendly and knowledgeable and was prepared to cover various different options with me. I appreciated the help and support of the whole team.

This is a warning warning do not buy any cars from empire Buick Cadillac. They will sell sell you a car with problems. They sold me a call June 1. It was a great Tahoe. We had a electrical problem Adams sales manager in the beginning they took $5000 as a down payment for a car with electrical problems that I almost was stuck with it took me out of the vehicle, gave me a Cadillac of 2020 this Cadillac has never been serviced. I have issues with it. I’ve been trying to get in contact with service. You can’t get in touch with them because you get the call center. No I had to go sit down with the general manager Charles and I had a great conversation with them, but I realized, you go to service they sent you back with the vehicle with problems so I’m stuck again with a vehicle with problems the warranty that they give you with the vehicle it’s garbage they empire shop tells you that it’s no good so now your question and you realize that these people are really getting by regular people we work hard for our money and we want the moneys worth to be a good car. It’s insane that you can’t get proper service or anybody to do the proper things so I recommend nobody to buy vehicles from them because they’ll sell you a car that’s been hit before and it’s not on Carfax but when you take it to the dealership dealership, I took my car two hours away from my house to Cadillac dealers to tell me that this car was hit before and this car has engine mount problems and it has other problems on the vehicle so now you take it back to Empire and you’re stuck again this is not the way you treat people for $60,000 car you’re not gonna rob me because I’m getting ready with lawyers please whoever has a good lawyer that with the situation please get in touch with me I’m willing to pay the top dollar for the lawyer to get me out of the situation and I wanna sue them

Sam Rangel is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was a true gem! So kind, extremely helpful and informative. He went above and beyond. Customer service was impeccable. He made my experience easy and fun! I love my new car so much. I got an Infiniti QX60. Got such a great deal on it! I plan on going back to him in the near future for another. I’d definitely recommend Sam to everyone. I’d give more stars if I could!
