The checkout process is very hectic at this store. It shouldn’t be. The customer service is beyond poor too and this is at the checkout! I find too that the store is culturally insensitive, whereas all racialgroups should have a chance at employment on the managerial level: that is not necessarily the case in my observation. It is unfortunate because as a frequent shopper, the attitudes of the workers during checkout and the insensitive treatment of people with mobile disabilities makes me not want to renew my membership and figure something else out. Just because Costco has warehouse prices and fairly decent buys is no reason to treat some patrons with such blatant disregard.

Avoid their ready-to-go meals. We purchased a taco kit for the super bowl and it said it was put together the day before. Clearly, that isn't correct. There was a huge clump of think green mold in the middle of the chicken. No refund was offered. Avoid!

Love this place. I joined before the Pandemic and the prices are great. The store is clean and the staff is always in a good mood. How is that possible? Also, I would recommend getting the credit card as you get 2 % back on Cistco purchases and 4% on gas. It is a nice to get that money in 1 chunk. I have gotten to the point I rarely go to the grocery store, but some things I can’t buy in bulk such as my mayonnaise or even things I get at a deli.

Love Costco! Great prices. I highly recommend getting there when it opens to avoid the crowds or if you need to return something. The costumer service line can be long.

This Costco charged me $70 for stuff I didn’t even buy and the customer service is the worst! The cashier mistakenly put items from people ahead of us in our order and we ended up paying $70 for stuff we didn’t even get. I returned to the store after noticed the issue on the receipt, but ended up standing in the store for almost 2 hours for the issue to be resolved. The staff was very unprofessional and one assistant manager basically accused us for taking the items and refused to refund us. We had to talk to multiple people and in the end the regional manager issued us a refund, finally after 2 hours.Very very disappointed with the customer service attitude, treating customers very rudely when the whole thing is purely their fault.

Love this place. Here's one of many reasons, I couldn't find my receipt for a jacket and the only thing they said to me was, "Do you want it on a gift card or credit on the same credit card." Whoa.I like Costco so much that I bought myself a Kirkland t-shirt. That's right, it had the Kirkland logo big and bold on the front and yes I wear it in public ...sometimes.See you in "pizza house" (food court) ordering from the 6 month old kiosks. Now, if they could just have more workers in the food court, that would really make a difference.Carry on good soldiers. Thank you for your service.

Not bad, but always waiting in a long line to the cashiers! Good place to shop.

Love this place although they only accept cash or Visa. But they are great as a hall sailor. For the holidays they had the cutest gift. The staff is helpful and its clean and for the most part organizing.

A very nice place to eat while the parents are doing shopping or just stopping by to eat with family. Food is great and prices great. The staff also gives a wonderful presence to the food court. Very friendly. I would definitely come by again!

I love this Costco! It’s super conveniently located and there is free parking available. Definitely come early on the weekends because it does get crowded. I will warn you that this Costco isn’t the biggest but they do have your basic items. I also realized that this Costco doesn’t make cupcakes, just cakes. Also if you have kids there are 2 parks that you can take them in the nearby are that are located in the waterfront.

Free parking is the reason we choose here most part. We went on Sunday afternoon but it’s not too crowded so it’s okay. The cashier lines is about 5-10mins so it doesn’t feel bad at all.

Great store. Loads of samples to try. Huge selection and great prices. Only loses a star because its a nightmare trying to drive into the parking lot on a weekend.
