Waited for 45 minutes for the customer service representative could not get any service with the new employees.Before leaving on the second day I ask Cynthia for help while no one was waiting at that time she told me “ I can’t help you now you have to wait” then she signed off her computer and walked away.Not a good customer service at all.

I have mixed feelings about this bank in regards to their customer service in the past but had nothing but good experience with Dolly the assistant branch manager. She has always tried to solve every problem. You can count on her to follow up when necessary Very caring. Thank you Dolly for your great service.

I haven’t used Dime bank since 2017, and a while ago I was looking into old files and found my old dime debit card, so I went to the branch with not much to expect. To my surprise the staff there is still friendly just as I recall, especially Dolly, who made my experience one to remember. Dolly remembered me from 2017 and welcomed me back, she went out of her way to check on my old accounts and deactivated my debit card, she provided so much information and left nothing out. Her attention to details and hospitality are rare qualities to find. I’lol be doing a lot more business with Dime bank now.

Horrible customer service.I went to withdraw $10k from my account.They told me 1stOnly 5k is possible today.Then they said 10k is fine but I have to wait for 1 hrs. I’m a responsible account holder in Chase & CITI bank for 11 yrs. never experienced anything like this.

Used to love this bank. I've been a customer here for well over 15 years, but in the last year new people have been brought in to work and it has truly brought the place down! With the exception of a few people that have been working there many years and are very kind and knowledgeable, these new employees are rude, have no personality whatsoever and do not know their job even though they think they do. Management as well is horrible, and is no better than the new employees. Sad to say I will be bringing my business elsewhere as it is clearly no longer appreciated here.

If I could I would give this bank zero stars. The bank stole all her belongings in the safe she used. The branch manager was not helpful. Horrible or no customer service! Did some research this is not the first time Dime has stolen customers' items from safe box!

This bank used to be great! Have been a customer here for 15 yrs or more. However the past few months have seen a change in personnel working there. While I understand that is totally normal, the tellers and new management there are absolutely horrible. They have no knowledge of their job, lines are extremely long now due to lack of knowledge, and they are actually rude and condescending towards customers . It's so sad to see such a once wonderful and friendly bank go downhill so quickly. I know many friends of mine who also bank here and feel the same way. We will definitely be moving our business to another bank, it's no longer appreciated here. BAD BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been shopping around a good business banking relationship, after having issues with some of the bigger banks. I have the service and professionalism at Dime to be beyond my expectations, there took the time and interest in making sure I was aware and familiarize me with other products that might be beneficial for my companies. I would like to a personal word of compliment to Leslie Singh the branch of the location I initiated my accounts. I have already recommended several of my family and fellow business associates to bank with Dime.

I just opened up a new business and Dime was my first choice for an account because they have simple and free business checking. I was tired of bigger commercial banks (Chase, Citibank, etc.) nickel and diming me to support their ridiculous amount of branches and decided to give others a try. If there were any strings attached, I would have walked out of the Dime branch and stuffed my money in a dirty old mattress instead. The teller was very helpful and pointed me to an account manager within minutes. The vibe is kind of hassle-free and it's really convenient because it's right by the train station. The manager walked me through the account opening (authorized users, ATM card, checks, etc.) and I felt comfortable signing up. Even though I thought I was thorough and brought the necessary paperwork, I forgot to bring my FEIN. The manager was very kind and kept my file open until the next day for me to return with a letter from the IRS. I was signed up and got my checks and ATM card in a little over two weeks. Easiest decision I ever made. If you want my advice, when you go try to get the business card for the manager you worked with. You'll be calling them in case you have specific needs for your business and building a reputation with them.
