Horrible service . Straighten discrimination from a lady that looks Latino to another person that looks Latino. Orders around staff like a slave and then orders customers around . I wish she had a common ounce of decency but alas . … this bad apple fell thru the cracks of management . Pity on you . Seriously - who is mean to a customer and the staff- lady wears rectangle sunglasses because she is trapped in a time warp with Yeezys sneakers with no heel . Lady please don’t be mean to customers that gives you negative cool points

I recently rented a unit at this location and I have to give a huge shoutout to the Assistant Manager, Mr. Davison. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got the right unit size for my needs and even helped me understand the best way to pack and store my items. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained—but it's the customer service that really stood out. I really appreciate all of his support. Thank you so much!!!!
