I needed to move all of my stuff in a storage page and I was in a hurry. Luckily, Blue was working that day. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. We had some hiccups along the way that had nothing to do with him but he kept a positive attitude throughout. Great customer service. I will do business here again thanks to him.

Extra Space Storage is a jewel of storage spaces in New York. The services are affordable, the facilities are clean, and the staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the facility as well as the surrounding area. While I was there I encountered Monique and Chris, two staff members who went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and were just as engaging with any other customers that were there. Great place, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
