Excellent produce. Worth waiting for the Wednesday deliveries than conveniently going to your local store for mediocre produce. Delivery guys are always nice.

This online, weekly organic delivery has been a lifesaver during this 'stay-at-home' period. The order is very flexible and allows you to choose each week. The food is high quality and fresh. Be sure to get most items in the frig right away. I was looking for a more safe, more local option and this has been great.

Had a really fantastic experience placing a large, recurring weekly delivery order with Go Organic. Brian is very responsive, flexible, and understanding, and worked hard to make sure all of the specific requests and accommodations were met. All of the delivery products were super fresh and highly reliable each week. Can't recommend them highly enough, and can't wait for the next opportunity to order!!! Organic produce delivery service.Once a week, you place your order online from their website, for delivery the following week. Offerings are organic and sourced from local growers whenever possible. We have found all of the food we've received to be of superior quality. Delivery was dependable and Covid-19 safe. It's not hyperbole to say that during these dark times, it was a source of tremendous joy, happiness and solace to open up a lovingly packed, reasonably priced, box of organic produce -we're talking berries, bananas, beets, greens, everything you could want and would buy from a grocery store, but better. 5-stars.

We found Go Organic NYC during Covid-19 when we could not get delivery windows in all the other bigger companies. We are so grateful and feel very fortunate for this discovery, especially when the demands were high but the business owner made sure the old customers got their deliveries. The weekly service has been reliable and the groceries are always in excellent quality. Last week for the first time two items were missing from our order and soon after we emailed, the owner responded with an apology and explained they just hired new staff. He dropped the missing items the following day and also gave us a bunch of bananas! Thank you Brian for keeping us safe with your excellent service!

This company is so mismanaged and rude on the phone. The food was awful and rotten but I wanted to give it another chance since deliveries are challenging right now. They were charging me for two separate orders, there is nowhere on your website to update your order despite the fact that is says there is. When I called to have the second order canceled, the guy on the phone yelled at me, told me that what I was reading on his website was wrong event though it was on his website, said he was gonna cancel both of my orders and then hung up on me. He canceled my order and continued to send me completely unnecessary emails attacking me.If you would like a high quality, but local company that is very respectful during customer service, I highly recommend Chef Collective.

The produce is beautiful -- fresh and delicious. During this period of NYC quarantine, I depend on Go Organic for fruit and vegetables. They deliver consistently and their customer service is excellent.

The service here is terrible and their rep yelled at me and continues to send me rude emails even after he refused to listen to me on the phone and canceled both of my orders when I was only asking to cancel one. The food was definitely not worth the price or treatment.

The food is not worth the prices and horrible service of this place. I called to have one my orders canceled because the website put through two orders instead of one, the guy talked over me the whole time and then canceled both of my orders. He's still continuing to send me rude emails after all my orders have been canceled. I'm certain that he will comment below to attack me like he has with previous complaints. If you would like a high quality, but local company that is very respectful during customer service, I highly recommend Chef Collective. UPDATE: He is still emailing me.

I came across Go Organic NYC while searching for a way to have fresh food delivered during the COVID-19 quarantine. Very few services were delivering but Go Organic NYC had delivery slots available and a great selection. We received the delivery on time and I was very impressed by the quality of the produce we received. Customer service has also been fantastic--responsive and friendly! We plan to continue using this convenient service after things return to normal.
