Made it here for the first time. A long time coming! I arrived at 2pm left at 4:30pm. They were preparing new bins at 2 and the next one wasn’t until 4 because everyone had to be checked out due to what I’m assuming is not enough staff. Waiting was excruciating so be prepared! Other than that I love the bins and enjoy them because you usually always find something and the price can’t be beat! I’d go again, on occasion.

A friend of mine lost her phone and the “manager” screamed at us when we tried to ask for help finding it. We searched for it alone for 30 minutes and then a lady in the store who was not a worker informed us that the “manager” we spoke to earlier took my friends phone and withheld it from us and lied about not having it because we didn’t ask nicely enough. So unprofessional withholding someone’s property and being disrespectful towards customers she tried to cause a whole scene in the store and embarrass us when she was the one who acted out of line. Wasted our time and energy to “teach us a lesson”?? You’re not my mother thanks for the stress though. Honestly do not think we would have gotten the phone back if the woman who was also shopping there didn’t talk to her for us, so thankful for her.

Dropped off clothes. People working the donation door are extremely rude. There are large, shallow blue bins in the donation room. I was screamed at to "put my clothes on the blue table". First of all these bins do not resemble tables. Second of all the room was filled with many of them, and the guy did not decipher which "table" to put it on. When I didn't understand he was extremely rude, rolled his eyes, and shook his head. I will donate elsewhere next time!

I went to the goodwill outlet store in Sunnyside today to donate some men's clothing along with baby apparels and place is a mess and it's not the staff to blame , many large bins with items for sale by the pound and the vultures are roaming around , grabbing , tossing, flinging , throwing around everything in sight .I prefer to roam around the calmer sections of the place looking for whatever treasure I could find after dropping off my donated clothing and wow a book on dining and traveling solo for 2 bucks must be coming home with me along with a umbrella holder stand shaped like a cactus for 12 bills. It's good to donate clothing and other items you no longer need as it will be very useful for someone else in need. I didn't find a hidden gem or lost treasure but it's cool cause I have my book and funny looking umbrella stand to enjoy Courtesy of goodwill outlet in Sunnyside .

Came here on Friday at around 12? Overall the staff and clothing is a 10/10. I dislike the fact that the people with carts went zooming to the clothing, they were just stuffing clothes into their waist bags without even looking. I personally love this place because I don’t have enough money to shop at brands. It’s kinda unfair how they were allowed to go first and pushed the rest of the customers. But other then that it was great!

Honestly, it was chaotic but fun! They make you wait before you can grab items every hour. People go crazy but I got some cool items. The staff are STRICT, but because they have to be.

Best place to go thrifting when you on a budget or just wanna buy clothes cause it’s all bins so you never know what’s good or not plus it’s weighted so the bins are perfect to do the best and get all the goods and of course people will give this a one star but I went here many times and it’s not always perfect it’s still good to try and find some good stuff

Grab your favorite second hand clothing, shoes, and some other items from the large space filled with bins. At time of writing they charge by the pound. It is $2.29 for 0-49 pounds; 50 pounds or more $1.99. It can get really busy in this place. It's a short walk from the Metro subway.
