I DO NOT RECOMMEND: NEVER AGAIN?I HATED the very dirty sheets, undone beds, dirty floor, unkind employees, the loud noises in the corridor between 6am and 830am, and 10pm to 1am?I LIKED the clean bathroom

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was not extremely hospitable: they just sat behind the desk.Wifi is really quite good. I had to make some zoom calls and that was not an issue at all.One issue: The website states that there is a continental breakfast served daily. Yet booking sites state that they don't. And there is a big notice that the city of NY has prohibited them from serving breakfast. I found it a very sad state of affairs, other hotels do offer breakfast...

Depends on who works the front desk. Hard time if you need a late checkout due to a disability which h is against the ADA laws. The law states that they cannot ask you how you are disabled and MUST CHANGE THEIR POLICIES AND MAKE SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS FOR YOU, EVEN IF THEY'RE INCONVENIENCED IN DOING SO. THE LAW WOULD TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE AVERAGE OF ALL HOTELS HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AND THEIR HOURS, AND WHEN THEY TYPICALLY FINISH CLEANING THEIR LAST ROOM. NO EXCEPTIONS, PERIOD! READ THE LAW! A FIRST OFFENSE A BUSINESS DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC CAN AND IS UP TO A 600,000 FINE AND LIABILITY TO THE PERSON THEY VIOLATED. IF ANYONE THINKS OTHERWISE READ THE ADA STATUTES UNDER TITLE 3, BUSINESSES DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES.

I expected more from a 3 Star Hotel. The room didn’t feel so clean. There have been leftovers from other guests. (A little bit of trash) Also it was not clean behind the bathroom door. The staff is super nice, this is why i didn’t give 4 Stars.PS: we got a discount by paying with cash, consider asking.

Not the greatest location but it's ok and seems safe enough. Parking can be a pain in the a**. Nice tv, iron & ironing board, fridge. No safe. Could clean bathroom better but wasn't disgusting. Staff were quiet but polite and helpful. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

For one of the cheaper hotels in NYC, one of the more pleasant ones with better amenities. Room we had was small, but good. It is a short 3-block walk to the bus, but you need that to get to the subway train. Otherwise, a cab (or ride app) is best option. No nearby places to eat, so delivery was only option.

Comfortable and easy to arrive. Not fancy nor elegant neighborhood. Attendants are serious but efficient and has very good disposition to help. The price is very good in comparison.

If I could give this hotel a 0, I would. Reception desk staff was rude when we called and in person. He was insistent that we had to pay in cash. The room had a dirty toilet and hair balls on the floor. The sheets were stained. We forgot a watch in our room and immediately went back up (within 5 minutes) of checkout. It was not anywhere in the room. The staff assisted in helping us look for the watch, but it was nowhere to be found. The staff then accused us of lying about losing a watch. When we told them that we would be filing a police report, the watch suddenly appeared in the room. The staff proceeded to yell at us that we are “pathetic” and “rude”, even though one of their staff took the watch and put it back before law enforcement was involved. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

DO NOT stay here. When i arrived the room was extremely dingy, smelly, dirty, roach, the cabinet doors were broken and hanging sideways, other furniture was broken, as soon as i saw the room i left and handed my key back. However they wouldn’t give me a refund claiming i had stayed upstairs in the room for hours…it was literally 10min while i contemplated if i wanted to stay. I ended up leaving and i bet they gave the room toSomeone else and made double profit. Spend $50 more and have peace of mind elsewhere.

The reviews are consistent on this one. We booked a room with two beds and were given a single. When I called the front desk, they insisted we had booked one bed. When I offered to show them the booking, they got ruder and more defensive and said we needed to call the booking website to sort this out. (FYI it’s the responsibility of the hotel to keep availability up to date and relocate customers if they’ve overbooked. Calling the booking companies won’t do anything and I’m sure they know that.) The Wi-Fi never worked. We were given one room key for two people and it stopped working halfway through the trip. Check in took ages because they seemed to have issues with every customer in line. Later we found out we had been charged twice for the larger room.Mistakes happen. It’s how you treat people as you deal with them that matters.

Location: surrounded by gas stations and projectsService: hit or miss where the hit is a basic work ethic to do the minimum and a miss is straight up no one being thereRooms: small/lack of space, loud surroundings with little in the way of hospitality. All in all would've been barely passable in NYC if it wasn't for the drug deals going on.Not a pleasant stay

The rooms are clean, comfy, definetly big enought and have a good AC. The Place is like ten minutes away from Metro Line N/W to bring one into the City in fewest minutes (26 mins total to Central Park). It is like five minutes to a 24/7 Supermarkt with a "Buffet" with International food for little money.Definetly a good spot to begin an Adventure to NY.

Best hotel we could get for our money! Spent 2 days there attending EZOO. Staff took great care of us, letting us check in early and leave late, rooms were also cleaned thoroughly.
