Please note that this manager, Alex at Juice press brooklyn heights turned away my order Bc she was too busy. Not only to me but to other customers. This is NOT the level of customer service as per your company policy (to provide extraordinary customer service). She not only told me that she is too busy but she threw attitude at me. This is the manager who is in charge of your customers? She should be trained to deal under pressure and she is not a nice person. I have heard from other parents and my husband how rude she is. Your produces are great but she should not be in charge of any of your stores. This is very disappointing of you guys hiring someone like her. She should immediately get fired. I have seen her turn away 10 people after me this morning which you lost profit. I need someone to email or call me as soon as possible. Thank you, Beth

Was craving the green light smoothie from last night and to day, I headed to Juice press first thing in the morning to get my fix. Was so disappointed because THE GREENS IN MY JUICE WERE NOT BLENDED WELL. THERE WERE VISIBLE, BIG PIECES! GROSS! You couldn’t see clearly from the photo but you had to chew with every sip. ??? For the price you pay for this juice you expect better quality. Sadly, it’s not worth it. You’re better off buying from the juice cart or some other reasonably priced competitors.

Food or compost? 90% of the food they sell here is on its day of expiration. That means brown lettuce and inedible avocado. Juices are expiring too. Gross! I'd say they should donate the ancient food to a homeless shelter, but homeless people deserve better. It's a 50% off "outlet" store, but 50% of nothing is still nothing. Don't waste your money.

This particular location sucks! It's super tiny, they have a very small selection, if any, and they don't even make fresh juices or smoothies. The thing that blew my mind was that they didn't accept cash, ONLY cards. Highly disappointed!

There's a lot happening behind it's small store front! Also I noticed a lot of signs about being sanitary before entering the juice "factory". I really like that everything in the fridges is 50% off. I went with the Genius smoothie drink and it was....okay. I didn't realize that I would taste the powder and oil so much in my drink so that was a bit off putting... I feel bad for the workers as there was no AC on the hot day that I visited the store.

Reallyy cool place would definitely recommend. In a great location. They have a wide variety of different types of juices to select from. It's location in the Falchi building next to LaGuardia college.

Got coffee and ginger juice. Ginger worked well with my cold and the coffee wss kust perfect for my afternoon snack. Will buy more flavors. Healthy options for everyone. Will try also Cassey Neistat as my friend recommends me this flavor. Been to 77th street Manhattan and from near 33rd Rawson Subway station (cant recall the place) it was worth trying. Try now!

Do not come to this juice press! They do not have anything here, they just make and prep for Manhattan shops.
