Always had a bad experience here but hey it's close to my house and they had the car I was looking for. 2021 Chevy Tahoe of course not many around due to COVID. We get there looking at the car i ask our "salesman" Miguel Mercado the msrp he doesn't answer of course the first few times so I ask again he goes sticker is 67k and then just says there is a premium. Well what do you mean there is a premium? Basically they were charging 13k over the msrp because there aren't many left. When I said I wasn't paying 13k over sticker he just closed the door to the truck and walk away leaving us in the parking lot. Not a single word. How worthless of a employee can you be. Why pay 80k for a Tahoe when I can at that point get a X7 for 85

I went to the dealership last Wednesday and by Friday the salesman and i agreed on a deal. I told him that because of an unforeseen tragedy I couldn't come in until the following Wednesday. I also said I can give you a credit card number to put a deposit. He said don't worry about it they have 4 models of the truck I wanted onsite. I sent him a copy of my insurance card on Monday so that we could get the ball rolling. He sent back . I go in Wednesday morning to find out they don't have the model truck I want but instead offer me a slightly upgraded model which I didn't care for. Finally the manager comes in and she basically was unsympathetic just that she can give me a different truck. I wouldn't recommend anyone to that dealership and if I could I would love to speak to someone in their corporate office

I came to Major Chevrolet in search of a 2020 Blazer, RS in Cajun red. They were the only dealership in the area within 300 miles that had one in stock. When I arrived at Major Chevrolet, I was immediately greeted by Byron, a sales associate. I told him what I was looking for and he set me up with a test drive. The vehicle was a dream to drive and Byron was great at pointing out all the vehicles features and attributes. When we returned to the dealership, Ray, the sales manager, helped me get a great deal on my trade and into the 2020 Blazer, RS. Both Byron and Ray were fantastic and got me the best deal and best trade in value of the 5 dealerships I inquired with. Thanks to the staff at Major Chevrolet, I was able to drive away in my dream car and helped me make it to California in time to visit my daughter in Los Angeles, CA for the holidays! I will definitely return to Major Chevrolet when I'm ready to update my ride. I wont hesitate to recommend Major Chevrolet and specifically the Manager, Ray and Byron, the sales associate! Thanks Major Chevrolet! Sincerely, Christopher M. Phillips, RN

Dennis Oliveira made returning my lease to major world Chevrolet , smooth and easy. He made what can be a nerve wracking experience very relaxed. I wanted to shout him out as he took me for my return very last minute and treated me with kindness and respect. All car dealerships should have a Dennis Oliveira working for them. Thank you Dennis!!!

I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it for a most 2 weeks till I got a day off from work and took it to the car service, they "fix the ploblem" but a week after I got more mechanical problems. I checked the market and they have the car for 7500 and they sold it to me for 15000 "with all the discounts". I recommend you to check the market first and go to one of these dealerships in NJ, the have good prices.!

cathy is incredibly rude. Instead of being helpful. She hung up on me 4 time. When I asked who I could speak to complain about her, they put me on unending hold

The worst dealership in town. I went in with my girlfriend to get her a new car, the dealers were very pushy on us making a purchase, they super overcharged us on a cheap car with a huge down payment. The employees over there have no respect, somehow one of the dealers by the name of Alexander that was not helping us got a hold of my girlfriends number and started messaging her that he wants to take her out and how she's too good for me, keep in mind this is all happening while we are there. I find that super disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE. very high prices and unprofessional and rude staff. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Having to talk to their front desk staff is sickening. The woman who works the front desk and answers the phone is the WORST person I have ever had to deal with. Terrible attitude whether you walk in or call in. She obviously hates her job and possibly her life but have a little pride in what you do or quit. I can no longer handle her terrible customer service "skills". Just the sound of her voice makes me cringe. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from them because of her.

This place refused to want to negotiate on a price and the employees really don't care if you don't make a deal with them. The manger told me if I don't like the price, go elsewhere and leave. Place is a dump and shop at different establishment with better customer service.

Found a low mileage vehicle advertised on kbb.com at a good price. Arrived at the place. Was a little skeptical given the used car room looked like a disheveled classroom. But had a great experience from sales person to the manager to the nice young women who actually drove the car all the way to my house in Northwest NJ so I didn't have to travel back to get the car. No hassle. No haggle. And a great vehicle. Had it looked at by my mechanic and he said it was in great shape. NJ DMV inspector also commented what great shape it was in given the year. All thought I got a great deal. Only reason it is 4 stars vs 5 is because of their DMV people upstairs who forgot (twice) to file my registration and get my license plates and gave me the run around. But kudos to GM Robert for going above and beyond to rectify (including having another person drive to the NJ DMV and then to my house to deliver it to me just as my temporary was expiring).

We were planning on buying a new 2018 Chevy equinox and came across this place. We decided not to after noticing how dishonest they were: We had a family member who had purchased a new truck here. At some point the bumper fell off so they brought it in to Chevy to find out why the bumper randomly fell off. He was told that the bumper was glued on and was not the original bumper. When he questioned Major Chevrolet about it, they didn't take any accountability - they simply said that something must have happened at the factory and the factory swapped out the bumper so they had no knowledge about why it wasn't an original bumper. Needless to say we decided not to go ahead with our purchase here and to go elsewhere.

I can't believe this dealership has been open for so many years ! All of the used cars they have up for sale will break down within six months and they love giving out predatory loans. It's as if they have some sort of allergic reaction when cash buyers walk in. These people are experienced so as soon as you walk in they'll know if you're a cash buyer or credit. They'll try their best to convince you to finance a car instead so that they can charge you unreasonable interest rates! Stay far away from this dealership, especially if you're young and a first time car buyer!

S H A D Y I was potentially interested in a used car here, so I hired someone to inspect the car first. In the middle of the inspection, the manager came out and stopped the inspection. He explained that the car was in bad shape. My inspector asked if he could finish the inspection and the manager refused to allow him. Just so anyone reading this knows, dealerships should ALWAYS allow an inspection, and if they don't that's a MAJOR red flag. Definitely will avoid this place.
