Walked in today, ask for an iphone14 pro, they tried to sell me an iPhone plus as the pro. When I insisted on the pro, they said it's 1000 and will be ordered, I said ok, rings it up and says $1280, I ask where the $280 come from he said "taxes"... I'm no genius but 28% tax rate is pretty high so I walked out of this "scam likely"

One of the best experiences i had in a cell phone store. Yes the area seems a little tough but it's very upscale. The store was very accommodating and prices were the best I've compared. Will be doing business again and again.

I like the costumers service of the new spanish guy. he know who to help the costumer in all what the need. the other day i went there to fix a problem on my phone and he fixed for me and also the told me the promotions that i have i have . He is very friendly and knows how to talk to each client.

The male staff member with the tattoos wouldn't complete my transfer from one phone to an insured phone I had purchased. Handed me the phone to speak to customer service when that was his job was to help me. Management didn't help either. Were laughing as though it was a joke. I work as a chef they have a $2/hr job really. They going to be rude like that. I wouldn't ever recommend this location to anyone. I had to go to another store far from here to get my phone's switched when I just live a block away. Very unprofessional.

How can I switch to your metro I went to the store and staff name JUAN!!! want to sell only the new phone and new number I just need to buy the new sim card to port my old number in They don't sell it to me No Service mind No explanation Rude and ignore How you guys train your staff ?? I had called the customer service that she tried to activate the new sim card for me and she need to talk with the staff over there but they ignored it You are not working with the same company ?? They told me to go to the small store to buy the sim card Then i went to the small store they ask me to go back to the store that I left I don't know the way that you guys work This is the worst experience for me ever The store address is 83-01 Roosevelt Ave, Queens, NY 11372.

I will admit there was some craziness in the beginning I will say that in the end I got the assistance I needed. It wasn't the store that caused the mishaps but I am so glad they were able to help me cause I definitely need my phone for important calls I had been waiting on. The store manager Theresa was such a help. When Theresa was able to resolve my issue it was such a relief and she calmed me once she realized it was already over the run around I was receiving from somewhere else. The store is beautiful and worth going to. Everyone there is polite and they keep up with the covid guidelines for their store. Thank you so much for your time and Theresa if you read this sorry for the delay!! Lol thank you so much!!!
