Destroyed both cashmere sweaters I took in. Removed so many fibers both are now see-through and the texture is now hard and scratchy. Will never go back

They destroyed my suit. And instead of coming clean they packed it up and hide the damage and I figure out weeks after when I want to use my suit. This place has no ethic when doing a service for a customer
