Just the absolute best customer service. The winter storm delayed my delivery for 12/23. UPS was saying the delivery was changed to 12/27!!They reached out to UPS to arrange Saturday delivery. Christmas was saved!!

Absolutely horrible. We placed an order on Saturday after closing, thinking it would be ready the following business day. They thought I wanted it for Saturday for whatever reason, I actually wanted it for the following day. Not sure how this business works but absolutely horrible front desk.

I ordered Imperial Hybrid from Paramount Caviar a few weeks ago.I immediately received an order confirmation and the package was shipped immediately.The Caviar was absolutely amazing. I had a small dinner party and my friends love it also.I have ordered from Paramount caviar many times in the past for different occasions. Packages for holidays and Birthday gifts. They have always arrived on time with a beautiful note card inside.The selection of caviars are very vast. Price is amazing for the quality. And the service is impeccable. Right now I have 3 containers in my fridge to enjoy with my family.Highly highly would recommend this business and I will always purchase from them!With champagne wishes and caviar dreams…Thank you!

Met the owners a couple years ago and experienced their caviar when used by renowned chefs. I’ve ordered several times and have never been disappointed. Their products are amazing and always arrive fresh! Bravo!

I stopped by early morning on my way home looking for a price list and maybe a 2 or 4 Oz purchase. I was greeted by the owner who took me in the back for a little education and tasting. I walked out with an 8oz purchase as a very happy customer. I will be going back for the holidays.

Paramount did more than deliver on their promises of quality, it was truly an experience. Ordered the trout roe, royal siberian, and whitefish caviars, along with an order of the sable that comes in 2.5lbs quantity. Served the caviar on mini pancakes with some classic accoutrements on the side, though none were needed as the flavors were stunning on their own. The sable was an absolute hit. Cannot get over the melt-in-the-mouth, buttery taste. Online ordering was a breeze and they were able to accommodate the request I made in the notes on my order. Delivery was prompt and all products were packaged with care. Will be ordering from them again in the future!
