Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth.
Update:
Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage! My reverse camera had been pushed in, and they managed to fix it last minute on the same day. They sent me to their partner shop, where I was greeted with a smile by several very helpful men who had already been kindly brought upto speed with the issue I’d explained. The whole process was quick, professional and friendly. Wonderful customer service — highly recommend!

Precision, is an awesome autobody shop. My neighbor hit my car (2024 Volvo XC60-white) while I was parked and took the front bumper off. I went to Precision based on a recommendation to perform the work and Freddy, who was helping me was impeccable and professional. He made all the calls that needed to be made to the insurance company. They told me about 2 weeks and that's what it was. I highly recommend Precision for any type of autobody repairs, whether its through insurance or out of pocket, they are the people to go to. They do amazing work, thank you!!

I had my car repaired here following an accident and it was one of the best experiences I've had dealing with the automotive industry. Alex and Eric at the LIC Body shop specifically were a huge help and accommodated me the entire way. Being someone without a lot of experience, they walked me through what was happening step-by-step which I really appreciated and they finished the job in a super timely manner. They also delivered my car sparling clean which I didn't expect but was a nice surprise! I'd definitely recommend the body shop to anyone looking in the area.

The Gentleman was very kind. We had a shattered back windscreen and he put a crash cover for free as courtesy. We are thankful now we can drive back to Massachusetts safely.
