Save your time and go to Bobs. Front desk associate unprofessional and rude. Answering with “Sure” and getting loud doesn’t help me as a costumer, whose order should have been delivered weeks ago. Doesn’t bother to call to update that the order is not coming any time soon.

The staff here are amazing people who are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I’ve been helped by the employees in person when picking out furniture, over email when facing challenges in the delivery (that weren’t R&F’s fault), and over the phone throughout. They were always super friendly and readily available, and you can tell they prioritize the experience of the customer at every step of the process. I am so impressed!

Me and my wife came in the Saturday before Labor Day and the manager Yuri was a great help in showing us around and discussing options for our new living room sofa.
The process was very straight forward and we knew we were getting a high quality service and product by how attentive Yuri was to our needs.
We purchased a sectional sofa that works perfectly for our needs and was delivered on time and when promised.
We cannot recommend this location enough and will definitely be back for our future needs.

My family had been looking for a loft bed with desk underneath for our son, and we found the best option at Raymour & Flanigan. We worked with the manager of the LIC store, Yuri, on our purchase. He made everything seamless, including getting the COI our co-op requires. Yuri checked in multiple times before and after the delivery to make sure everything was right. The delivery crew was on time, thorough, and friendly. Our son loves his new bed! 10/10.
