As a furniture company I believe Raymour & Flannigan offers unique styles and good in store customer service. However, I doubt I would purchase from this company again as after spending a considerable amount I experienced a high degree of difficulties pertaining to the delivery of the merchandise I purchased. I had to have an entire set sent back and a particular piece delivered twice before I finally felt that it just wasn't worth going through anymore difficulties. I don't fault the in store customer service, but I have series misgivings about either the manufacturing, warehousing, or delivery personnel. Just make sure you as a customer inspect any deliveries before you take final possession.
