Location is great but during the stay, me and my wife got couple bed bug bites, probably not going to stay here again until they fix that

I originally had some issues with my stay but I was in contact with the management of the hotel and they resolved the issue. It is a very good location and much cheaper than staying in Manhattan, right next to the subway and plenty of mini marts around for snacks. Would potentially stay here again.

It's too convenient being so close to Queensboro station. I'd prefer this hotel over some 5 stars. The hotel is very old, but that's its own charm. The cafe on the second floor offers free flow coffee & tea 24/7.Very, very convenient for jet-lagged travellers. There's a 24/7 gym on the first floor, very convenient. Not much is there, but if you know your stuff, it's sufficient. The heater sometimes struggles against the cold New York winter. The staff are very very kind and helpful, Much appreciated.

Good cheap place! Very convenient location! The room cards are terrible and have to be constantly re-flashed!

It's not the last word in luxury, it doesn't aim to be. But the room was fine everything worked, bed was amazing(slept amazing better than at home). Hot drinks on tap in self dining area, microwave/fridge in room. Staff very helpful, rooms spotless. Plenty of restaurants/shops/subway station(v easy access to manhattan) within 5-10mins walk, uber or similar cheap and plentiful in area(great if shopping). Highly recommended from location/cost/facilities aspectRooms: Rooms were clean, had everything you needed and nothing you didn't. Bed mattress v comfortableNearby activities: Subway(metro), shopping, restaurants all within 5-10mins, area felt very safe day or nightSafety: Area generally felt very safe. Visible police presence added to that . Police v helpful and polite.all officers we interacted with were a credit to NYPDWalkability: Very easy walking distance for everything, and easy to orientate yourself in the local areaFood & drinks: Eating out food and drink reasonable within local area. If you wanted to self cater in your room, it was easy to so

Hotel with a good location, clean but fair rooms, old, it is a roadside motel in the center of Long Island, they do not have breakfast, only coffee or tea all day, there is no refrigerator in the room and if you ask for it they want to charge you $50 per night that you have the refrigerator, very expensive since in the cheapest motels the price is included, due to the ideal location 150 meters from the metro.Be careful if you ask for or are given the room ending inRooms: Clean but small.Food & drinks: They don't just have coffee or tea.

STAY FAR AWAY - INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. Deserves zero stars but can’t post this without giving it one.

The hotel is located in the Queens area. Near the metro. Easily accessible to any area of New York. The rooms are small. Different from the photo on the website. But, basically, it’s cozy. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Tea/coffee on the 2nd floor. There's a microwave there too. In the bathroom I was surprised by the complex system for switching to the shower; not all rooms have instructions.

Barely adequate, and that's about it. You'd think for $180 they could throw you a donut. Coffee in the morning but nothing else. Not even a water cup in the room. Noisy, being adjacent to Queensboro Plaza. Room was clean, though the furniture was showing its age. Overpriced due to NYC hotels being used for immigrants.

Hotel is great for location and proximity to subway, but not great for much else. Front office staff has been a bit cold, doesn’t seem secure (didn’t verify my name or info before reissuing a key), key stopped working once daily (all 3 days so far), rooms aren’t turned over until late afternoon (left in the morning and room was still not turned over after 6 pm), and the rooms are tiny.

Apart from the noise of the ice machine on the seventh floor and the noise of the train at all hours of the day and night, I must say I had a really good time! Queens is a great neighborhood, very well connected and close to everything! Maybe even better than staying in the casino in downtown NY... and above all at a much more reasonable price
