This was my first time hiring a moving company, but I have to say that Steinway did a fantastic job! My move was coordinated by Joe Hamill, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. I recommend giving him a call if you require moving services. On the day of the move, I was very impressed by the care that the movers took to protect my furniture and belongings and was blown away by how quickly they were able to get everything moved out and packed up. Overall 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Moving is never easy but Steinway Movers really made the experience go very smoothly right from the beginning when our new home was not going be ready when we had to be out of current home. Steinway Moving planned one move to our temporary place and another to put our remaining items in storage until the permanent move. On both moves their movers were on time, reviewed with us exactly what had to be done and then executed the work quickly. The team was very professional, and you can tell they have been working together for a long time and the final costs matched their estimate.

Had the pleasure of working for Steinway Moving and Storage from May 2022 to November 2022. From all aspects they are the real deal and I highly recommend them for your personal and commercial moves. The team are highly skilled and professional and one the best group of individuals that I have worked with. Please do not go anywhere else but Steinway Moving and Storage you will not regret it.

They say moving is one of the most stressful things a person lives through in life. Steinway assisted with our move from Manhattan to Riverdale, NY and they were lifesavers. 5 guys, 4 hours of non stop work carrying 26 years of our stuff down 3 flights of stairs. They had a great system and were very efficient. Every item was cared for and the entire experience seamless. Joe held our hands and answered all our questions, he came to our apartment personally to assess and quote the move. Even came back and brought additional boxes and tape.

I hadn't move in 26 years so you can imaging how much stuff I had. Steinway was organized, efficient and friendly. They treated every item I owned with care and the move from New York City to Riverdale, NY was a breeze. I would highly recommend them for a residential or commercial move.

A really professional organization. Joe did the estimate, Lara was my move coordinator and the four man crew-Smoky, Freddy, Steve and Thomas, were absolutely wonderful. Not a tiny scratch anywhere on the walls in either house. All furniture carefully wrapped, unwrapped and placed where we indicated.We even had a religious garden statue (not a light item) on concrete blocks). It was moved as carefully as any piece of fine indoor furniture.I can't say enough in praise of this company. The whole moving experience was stress-free.If you are looking for a company to move your loved and valued items carefully, then look no father.Thanks to all of those involved!

Steinway was hands down the best mover I have ever used. They made the process go very smoothly by proper planning and flawless execution. Everyone at the company, from the pre-planning to the actual move itself, was professional and a pleasure to work with. i had a great Experience. between handling the Logistics in the old building delivering the office items to the new location it was seamless Everything was Delivered on time and in perfect condition. Matt Schwartzberg And his team provided five star service. And I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have moved several times in our lives and let's just say we've had some near traumatic experiences, especially in NYC. The least stressful part of our move to our new home was the actual move! The guys were on time, efficient, positive and just an overall pleasure to work with. Awesome service from the coordinator, as well. The cherry on the sundae was that they came in under the proposed total amount. Would definitely recommend the team at Steinway and will use them again next time we move.

Literally, the best experience I have ever had with movers in my entire life and I’ve moved a lot! The team was on time, efficient, fun, and even sang a little bit while they worked. They kept me laughing all day and made sure that everything was perfectly put in place. If I could I would give them 100 stars! Don’t think twice contact Joe Hamill and let him take care of the rest.
