First, they told me I needed to go home to use my computer to turn off “find my iphone”. That didn’t sound right, so I looked up how to do it and turned it off in the store. He then spent 30 minutes texting someone trying to figure out how to do an upgrade. After 30 minutes, he said “I can’t do this. Go to the store down the street.”

This store is nothing but amazing ! I love going here even if it’s just to say hello. Amazing people, Greg is one of the best employees in the store as well as everyone else. Highly recommended!

Came in here on 10/25 to purchase some sim cards for my business. I was told that if I open a voice line, I could waive the activation fee on my new lines. I authorized the store rep to continue.First, the rep tried calling HQ for some sort of authorization that he wasn't getting. Next he proceeded with a different process, only to tell me that his systems were now down and he couldn't help me further.I was charged however for the line that he set up and there was a new line set up on my account. I never received my sim card or any account info. I wasted an hour in this store and then additional time with TMobile customer support to get this line cancelled and my fees refunded.I went to a nearby store in Astoria and got what I needed completed. I will not be returning to the LIC store.

Came in a couple days ago because customer care messed up my account however the young lady with the glasses spent almost an hour with me speaking to customer care to fix my account. She was a life savior

This experience was terrible. If you're planning to upgrade to the latest iPhone 15 plan, I strongly advise against coming to this store. First, when we inquired about the new plan and phone information in the past, the staff completely ignored us and showed no interest. They refused to answer many questions about the iPhone or seemed very impatient, displaying no sense of service. Furthermore, when the four of us were upgrading our plans in the store, three of us were inexplicably added to T-Mobile's protection plan. However, throughout the entire process, no staff member reminded or informed us about this so-called protection plan, which costs $18 per month. This is nothing short of a scam!!

Wanted to like this location, but did not have a great experience with the female staff, Dominique, at the counter. I came in for more information on international data options for my phone/plan for short trip.Before confirming if it was the correct add-on or option, she added an add-on ("Stateside International Talk" ) that was incorrect. I pointed out this incorrect add-on and when I repeated the option I was looking for (the one-time "15gb International Data Pass"), she did not attempt to look for the option on her T-mobile iPad and stated she could not help me.When I asked for her to remove the "stateside" add-on, she had to call in to T-Mobile Customer Service line for Account Services to do so. Thereafter she responded, "then we aren't doing anything for you today". She was unapologetic for the confusion, for adding on a feature without confirming with the customer and displayed disinterest and lack of knowledge of T -Mobile offerings.I called into T-Mobile instead who had no issues with the one-time feature I wanted to add. I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years and never had an issue until today.

Time was right for me to upgrade phone wise but Low and behold I picked the wrong T-Mobile store and the wrong T-MOBILE brand Ambassadors. Can you say Double wammy?? I did.Irony. I had a good experience prior - at the same Queens Plaza location With a young Latina maybe her name is Mayra??? Not Sure. But sadly she was not there. That was the sign for me to leave But I really need a new phone.The first sign of me wasting my time trying to get said new phone was literally repeating my phone number 3 times to the female agent at the front desk. Wasting my time cause it seems her audiotory abilites crashed and burned. Thats when I asked for help from the other dude working the front desk besides her.Dude said what can I help you with? He also accused me of yelling at the agent. Note if I yelled at her like he accused me of Y did she not hear me after repeating myself 3 times??? Make it make sense. I then assured dude If I was yelling the moment would of been viral. Dude cut me off twice as I was in the middle of a replying. You know dismissive like. And then I asked dude what his name was. Dude said Greg as he pulled on the part of his shirt attached to his name tag to show me. You know physically.He then said how can I help you Beloved? That type of inquiry felt both satcastic and offensive to me. First I assured him my name is not Beloved... which actually felt like a MicroAggression. And motivated me to refer to the dude as gregory. You know sarcastic like.gregory told me I was yelling at his coworker. Yo in my opinion gregory is hallcinating or sniffing. gregory version of customer service is lackluster and far from welcoming. There were at the time including myself two customers. Then the fat black girl with the long hair comes from behind the closed door to ask what can I help you with? I dont know who she is but I assume she aint the manager. Her communication included No introduction with No intervention style. I asked her for the Store location. Told her Im going to write a review. She said thats fine. You know sarcastically. I went to sit down at a store chair?and write THIS review. I can confirm The wonder twins of BAD customer service behavior motivated me to write this review in detail. You know as they continued to talk badly about me right in front of me.At some point I phsically got up to make sure I took pictues Of the store. You know for my review. Thats when the fat black chick said oh no you acting weird. If you finished and we cant help you. Im going to ask you to leave or she would call the police. Based on what exactly writing my review. I told her call the police - with confidence as I sat back down to continue writing my review.The SUPER FUNKY BEHAVIOR OF THE funky wonder twins of bad customer service INFORMED ME When I got home call Corporate. You know, after I write my review cause Funky customer service should be reported. You know, FORMALLY!!!

Best phone upgrading experience I've had in years. Had a little trouble updating and syncing my phone, but Gregorio and Vany stuck it out with me and made the process as pleasant as possible. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way. Thank you!

Don’t come here for a nice smile on a face!I get it we all have bad day, but I was the first customer and she did not have it AT ALL!
