Incorrect hours posted. Shows that they allow passport walk in hours Saturday on their website.When you walk in - they say you cannot and the website is wrong.. The woman was disgustingly rude- wouldn't listen to me advising it is posted on website and have a familyEmergency. Just kept talking over me while her fake eyelashes were hanging out of her eye and picking her eyelashes. She was completely unsanitary.Also- if you know the website it is wrong do something about it- continue to just sit there you miserable soul and not contribute to society. You suck eyelash lady- hope You get terrible pink eye.Helpful OThanks 0Love

I paid for priority mail at a self-service machine, only to discover afterward that eBay had already prepaid for it. I requested a cancellation, and they provided a refund form for me to fill out. Due to a long line, I decided to fill it out at home and returned another day. The manager informed me that the refund needed to be requested on the same day of the transaction; therefore, they could not process my refund. Additionally, the manner in which they communicated this was very rude. Is it legal for them to refuse a refund?Overall, the rudest staff in this USPS office.

I’m a fan. Friday evening just before closing time - all the windows were open, folks were friendly and helpful and fast. I was surprised but…I guess things have improved. Or the post office is less busy than it once was.

To the person who said the SLA you just spoke about so confidently one minute ago was only "for example", after you realized USPS messed it up as always -- My package got stuck at USPS for a day, you are stuck there forever.

line goes fast here. But the lady behind the passport window displayed a noticeable lack of patience and had a rather unfriendly attitude. Moreover, I observed some staffs speaking to customers in an unwelcoming tone.

Noting wrong with the place itself, but if you’re there for the passport service, I advise you to choose another spot if possible. The lady at the passport booth had a bad attitude from the beginning, I was talking to her normally, but for some reason she had a rude tone and was treating me like an idiot. I had brought printed copies of my documents, and she saw that I have them but proceeded to print copies of them herself and charged me additional $2 for it. She’s constantly gossiping and chatting with her co-works and not paying attention during my session there. We were having issues with how I wrote my address and I was explaining it to her, she said I won’t be getting my passport if I don’t listen to her. Every time she has issues with my documents I alway explain it to her politely but she’s always annoyed, you can hear it in her tone and see it in her body language. I’m only there for the passport service so I don’t know about the other services there but from what I saw from other customers they seem fine.

Idk why this USPS has such bad reviews. The line moved so quickly, the clerks were very friendly and efficient. No issues at all!

Went there for the renewal of my son's passport. The employee behind the desk was such in a bad mood that we was not even talking but simply staring at us. We had an appointment at 10AM, we were in the wrong because we forgot one document. My husband ran home around the corner, came back at 10.16AM but she closed her window with no explanation and refused to even talk to us. Had to talk to another employee to ask if it was possible to still do our passport application (we were the only one in the post office, nobody else booked appointments) but the other person just told us "you're late, book another time". I understand the importance to be on time, I understand also the way to talk to customers and treat them nicely even if they're late.Would def recommend some training cession for employees at that location (we decided to go to the post office in Penn Station, and the 2 employees there were the total opposite, amazing customer relationship 5*****).

Arrived 10 minutes before 9, was first in line and ended up not being helped until 9:20. I don't expect much from a post office, but 20 minutes past opening is bad. That said, I live nearby, come here often, and generally have experienced good/helpful service. Just don't come early.

Even though I live just a few blocks away from this location I’d much rather always take the ride to a different one. I just went a few days ago and was reminded why I’m better off going elsewhere. Oh and the disgusting clerk award goes to Sonia .There will be a special place somewhere not so nice for her.
