I am glad the store manager Sagar is back from vacation. I go there every month for issues and sad couldn’t meet him for past couple of weeks. I always bother him with my phone upgrade questions for months and finally got the new 15. He spent two hours with me setting up my phone and helping me understand everything. I can’t thank enough how helpful he always is. I am 72 years old. And I found a nice friend in Long Island city. I always walk in to talk to him and he responds and gives me attention if he is not busy. I will always give this store my business because I feel welcomed and someone has shown me respect and treated me like a friend. Where as in most places people don’t like to help. Thanks verizon.

Unprofessional. Do not call when they have to and give the run around. Both my items ordered were sold off or returned without my knowledge. Wasted a week and had to cancel my orders. Terrible

Exceptional customer service! Jagat & Imtiaz answered all of our questions with grace and patience. They were super insightful and helped us chose the right phone plan that would work best for us. We are super grateful for them staying over time to help us set up the phones accordingly. Thank you!

This is not a real Verizon store. I spent 3 hours there while they tried to transfer a line from T mobile to verizon. The representative messed up the process and manually re started the process. He LOST MY NUMBER. After all that he told me I had to go to a REAL Verizon store in the city. Imagine this happening to you. Imagine losing a number you’ve had for 15 years.

Rude Raffie refused to help a NY first responder with new service and hung up on me!Needless to say provided wrong information! Customers should find another location that is willing to help instead of arguing and refuse them assistance!

Great guys and excellent store and customer service and care… Sagar and Dinesh superb… they helped fixing my iPhone 14Pro Max…4 hours and 30 minutes without service… they took their time until they fixed it… and I had just came from Manhattan upper east side another Verizon store and they couldn’t do it!

Sagar and dinesh were phenomenal. Great help by store representative for sorting my issue and help me and my mom get two new phones. Super quick which I was amazed and didn’t have to wait 3 hours like I did last. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Sagar is a hero!!! Patient when I was so confused and frustrated with previous Verizon customer service representatives. Knowledgeable on how to navigate the system. Amazing at advising what I need based on taking the time to talk to me. I will now only shop in this store and will always go to Sagar if I have any issues! Thank you again Sagar.

Great experience in the store. Was porting over from Visible and Mr. Sagar made the process really simply and easy as it was my first time switching from android to apple. And also I am really thankful for helping my mother with patience who is 74, transferring her information on a flip phone and guiding her on how to operate on the new phone. Overall a great experience and my mother was happy which meant a lot to me. Thanks you Verizon for an amazing service.

This place is trash and people who work there are pretty miserable. My sister and I went few days ago and got no help whatsoever. I wonder how come a big organization like Verizon have these stores open and have employees like this. If all we are suggested to call customer, why are you here? Where’s the management?Im not a person who’d bother to write any good or bad reviews to any organization but BEST WIRELESS, i wish i could leave a 0 star. Would that even matter? All I’m seeing 1 stars anyway.

Great experience upgrading the phone. Got the iPhone and got the trade in credit. First of the stores didn’t have to be there for long. Quick process and Mr. Sagar was knowledgeable about his work and I highly recommend him.
